「This hotel is the definition of false advertising. It is marketed as a luxury all-inclusive resort, but in reality it's more of a "some-inclusive" hotel, you never know what's included and what isn't, and nobody clearly explains it. We booked a Junior Suite with a "jetted tub." There was no jetted feature at all, just a tub with the jetted feature not working. 「What a superb experience. Although a 1970s hotel, it has every high quality amenity with modern clean finish, excellent dining, and the staff are above and beyond. The hotel organized a private dinner reception for our far flung extended family by the pool and it was a huge success. Great food, interesting cocktails, great staff. Oh and there's a funicular that takes you down to the beach - how fun is that - with beach chairs and staff ready to serve you. Wonderful time.」

「Lovely hotel with big bedrooms and excellent pool area. Staff on reception not very welcoming or informative. Restaurant had excellent food but lots of mistakes with orders and charging. Mistakes were put down to new staff who didn’t understand. One lady was actually given a dinner and then later told she had eaten somebody else’s meal. Faulty Towers sprung to mind. Every time you ordered a drink with your meal you had to stop and pay as it came from the bar downstairs!!! Must clarify that...

「Als Griechenland und Mitsis Hotels Fans, waren wir für 10 Nächte Gäste im Mitsis Messonghi. Es hat uns nicht enttäuscht auch dieses Mitsis Hotel zu buchen. Wir waren mit ALLEM sehr zufrieden, dem guten Mitsis Standard sei Dank. Als Einziger, kleiner Kritikpunkt würde ich die Reinigung unseres Bungalowzimmers bemängeln, natürlich hätte man sich beschweren können aber dafür gehe ich nicht in den Urlaub, kurz selbst drüberwischen und alles ist gut. Wir haben sogar für nächstes Jahr schon gebucht...
