Good hotel with friendly staff

Good hotel, central with easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Room with AC, comfortable bed and clean with a balcony. We've stayed here a couple of times before and recommend it. The only issue was missing towels which was resolved quickly and rainfall shower which didn't work and wasn't fixed.

J’ai réservé une suite pour 3 nuits. En arrivant, l’hôtesse d’accueil s’excuse que la suite n’est pas disponible la première nuit et propose un appartement qui est pourri. Elle promet la suite pour les 2 nuits suivantes. Le lendemain ils déménagent ma valise dans une chambre deluxe. Bref une vraie ARNAQUE Bien sûr le séjour était payé à l’avance au prix de la suite

Tout est bien

L'hôtel est récent donc tout est convenable, propre et fonctionnel : battant des toilettes avec frein, douche (sans pommeau pluie, ouf!), literies excellentes (après l'horreur du Sofitel Casa, ça nous a fait du bien), frigo dans la chambre sans bruit, lumières suffisantes avec liseuss au lit, prises dispo aussi pour recharger, salle de sport tout à fait correcte (appareils de marche, de course, velos, tapis de sol confortables)

Rettelse af småfejl kan sende dem helt i top.

Personalet og rengøringen er helt i top, elskede disse 2 ting. Vores TV virkede ikke og jeg sagde det 2 gange til receptionen + at der ikke blev fyldt op med the og kaffe på værelset, så måtte ned og hente selv. Der manglede alternativer til morgenmaden og jeg måtte spørge efter ting flere gange hver dag. Placeringen er fantastisk, mangler dog en pool på taget.

Ce que j’ai apprécié le plus dans cette hôtel, c’est la sérénité. Il n’y a aucun bruit dans la chambre bien isolé comme si on étiez dans une bulle très bien isolé à part autour de l’hôtel qui est très beau la saleté de l’extérieur autour de l’hôtel et quelques j’oublie des femmes de chambre au revoir, sinon j’ai passé un très bon séjour. Le service était parfait. Il est l’hôtel est très beau très accueillant et très agréable. Je reviendrai dans cette hôtel avec un grand plaisir et sans hésitation.
