「the owner was so friendly. He helped us to carry our luggage, drove us to ferry terminal, gave good recommendations to restaurant, places. 」

「The suite was luxurious. The bar and restaurant were wonderful. What a surprise. Picton is a delightful town. The property is convenient when connecting to the InterIsland Ferry and/or the train.」

「Although the reception is not opened for 24 hours, the duty staffs were helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is a little bit far from the ferry terminal, it is still OK because Picton is safe even we needed to walk in the darkness between the terminal and the hotel. In addition, two supermarkets are not far away. I will choose this hotel again if I come back especially the room rate is reasonable. 」

「I needed a place to stay for a couple of hours and this location was perfect. The Intercity bus stop oblique opposite the hostel and the ferry terminal is next door. I booked the same day and the turn around response was exceptional and the self check in directions was easy to follow. The room was clean, the water power was strong and the kitchen was fully stock. 」

「The rooms are clean and tidy. Unfortunately we have to share the toilet and bath which was very irritated because it was outside the cabins. My friend who is 72 years old and has to go to toilet at night time which is very inconvenient to her.」
