"Excellent staff, clean spacious rooms. Nice view over yacht harbor. Parking close to room. 4 minutes from Wellington ferry. Very nice restaurant on premises. I forgot my iPad in the room. Angela called and arranged for shipping to our address in Aukland. Awesome!!!!"

"Fantastic stay. The apartment is modern, spacious, and very well designed. The kitchen is excellent, with a very large range and plenty of space if you enjoy cooking. Everything is comfortable and it comes with underground parking. The views are beautiful, and the location is hard to beat. You can walk everywhere in Picton. Eco Tours is directly across the street, which makes early morning departures incredibly convenient, and there are lots of restaurants just steps away. Overall, this is probably one of the best locations in Picton. If you want a comfortable, well-equipped place right on the waterfront and close to everything."

"It is just a basic motel with good space and two spare beds in the mezzanine. A good central location. As we were in an upstairs unit it would have been good to have an outside light as it was close to unsafe on the stairs at night. A couple of biscuits would be appreciated on arrival to go with the coffee. "

"We have stayed here before. Clean room. Free self serve breakfast, cooking facilities. Very close to ferry terminals, waterfront, shops and cafes. Would recommend"

"Second night much improved after first night which was disturbed and noisy - people swearing and yelling, cars moving and doors slamming, loud music. Hot tub non existent."
