「The property was clean and the area was quiet. The staff was very welcoming. I was not expecting a full kitchen, but was surprised to find one available.」

「Unfortunately, despite the room being quite expensive no amenities were included….no ironing board, no coffee pot, no hairdryer, no conditioner, We requested some items which were kindly supplied by the helpful staff but others (like coffee!!) were considered an up charge! The facility also had a smoke/vape/cooking smell throughout that challenged my allergies, as did the large spot of mildew in the bathroom. This facility needs to do some maintenance and reduce its costs if it’s going to...

「Pros - The front staff at the desk could NOT HAVE BEEN NICER! They were friendly, polite and helpful. Cons - The property was NOT CLEAN at all. The Air Conditioner in the room did not work. The carpet was "sticky", there was so much dust in the room on the tables/desk etc., we had to clean the surfaces before putting anything down, and there was NO WATER in morning. Because of the Air Conditioner issues, a credit was made to our room, which was greatly appreciated.」

「I booked and paid through Expedia for a studio with two queen beds and a sofa bed for three adults. When we arrived, the hotel claimed our reservation was for a room with only one king bed, even though my Expedia confirmation clearly showed the correct room type. I contacted Expedia immediately, and its representative confirmed that their system also showed two queen beds and a sofa bed. However, the hotel refused to honor the confirmed reservation. Even more disappointing was the front desk...

「Hotel was right off IH-35 and is very close to shopping and dining. Lots to do around the hotel since Loop 6 has lots of shopping and eating options. It's also about a 5-7 minute drive from downtown Waco which is very convenient. The hotel looked fairly new and it was very clean. The staff was very nice and attentive. The room was very clean and smelled newish.」
