What a lovely review! We do in fact have a breakfast. It consists of oatmeal, granola bars, fresh fruit, yogurt, a variety of juices and water. We also offer free popcorn (which is delicious, by the way and purchased locally from 3 bears), as well as delicious coffee in the lobby all day long. We are a small business so we do not staff 24/7 like the big box hotels. Thankfully, if our limited continental breakfast is not an option for you or to your standards, we are within walking distance to several delicious local restaurants. DoorDash will deliver right to your door from tons of local stores and restaurants. Thanks again for your business. We hope to see you again someday soon!

Thank you for the wonderful review. The room you were in was directly next to the laundry room and boiler room. I wonder if the odor is associated with the excess plumbing next door to your room. We are under new ownership within the last year and a full inspection was completed. The building is reported to be in pretty good condition and no water damage was reported. I will be sure to let the owner know about your comments and address it directly since he has 20+ years' experience in commercial construction. Thanks again for your review! Thank you for bringing this to my attention. The dog fee was raised in March and has now been updated on this platform. We do agree that compared to other hotels, it is an extremely fair rate. We love dogs and having them here is one of the best parts of the job. Carpets are shampooed as often as possible and always after pets stay in the room. We will be sure to slate your room in for a deep clean this week. Thanks for the detailed review and we wish you all the best in life!
