「very cozy and quiet hotel」

「The receptionist/house cleaners were all great. They were all approachable and welcoming. My family felt safe in the area. No disruptive noise. The elevator worked. Decent sized pool and overall aesthetically pleasing. The rooms were great. The only thing about the place is that it smelled like cigarette smoke so we aired the place out and it was fine. No microwave. Lastly, they didn’t have wash cloths. They had towels however. I’d suggest taxi to get around. All in all 4 out of 5」

「We arrived at the hotel later than expected due to a delayed flight. Our room was ready upon arrival, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was comfortable and exactly as presented during booking. All hotel amenities met our expectations and matched the description provided online. The staff was friendly and efficient, the breakfast was excellent, and all meals were very tasty. The only issue was housekeeping, as the garbage was not removed from the room and the bathroom floor...
