I’m writing to express my disappointment following a recent (and very brief) stay at your Kemer property.
Before booking, we were impressed by the marketing and photography on Expedia and other platforms. The hotel was portrayed as modern, spacious, and luxurious — a peaceful resort ideal for relaxation. However, the reality upon arrival couldn’t have been further from that impression.
What we encountered was a chaotic, overcrowded environment with none of the calm or quality promised in the online materials. The photos suggested wide, open spaces and high-end finishes, but in reality the hotel felt cramped, noisy, and far below the standard we were led to expect. It was so far removed from what had been advertised that we decided to check out the following morning and rebook elsewhere at our own expense.
This experience felt like a clear case of false advertising, and it left us feeling misled and incredibly disappointed. I strongly urge your team to reassess the images and descriptions being used across platforms like Expedia — guests deserve a realistic portrayal of what they’re booking.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously. For us, the experience fell far short of acceptable.
