Uns hat es gefallen, dass es sehr kompakt war. Die Animation hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, um brutal Gäste zu beschäftigen. Mini Club Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Aquapark. Meine Tochter ist acht Jahre alt und sie hatte einen richtigen Spaß gehabt gemeinsam mit ihrer Freundin. Was das Essen betrifft, war okay aber könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Aber geschmacklich war alles okay..

Das Hotel richtet sich offenbar überwiegend an russische Gäste und hat für mich wenig mit einem typischen Türkei-Urlaub zu tun. Wer türkische Kultur, Atmosphäre oder Gastfreundschaft erwartet, könnte enttäuscht werden. Besonders negativ ist mir der Service an der Bar aufgefallen: Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst unfreundlich und vermittelten nicht das Gefühl, als Gast willkommen zu sein. Insgesamt hat dies meinen Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt.

We stayed only 5 nights and didn’t have opportunity to use all amenities. Hotel is close to Kemer in the small village Goynuk. We rented the car and luckily got the parking spot outside of the hotel each night. Hotel didn’t let our car in. The room was good size with balcony. The room was not cleaned well after the previous residents. Lock was broken few times and staff was very helpfully to fix it. Good in the buffet was great, really like everything particularly cheese variety and meat too. Lobby Bar is very simple. Beach is difficult to walk on unless you have swimming shoes. Weather was great sea temperature was 21-22. The rest is ok

It was ok. It’s an old hotel, very simple. AC is working at 30%. Food is good. You get what you pay for. It’s very simple. Many families with kids. You need to walk 5 min to get to the sea. Swimming pool and water slides are ok.

The room was not clean when we arrived, we asked for it 5 times, after three days the cleaning lady was up but we really don’t know what she did, it was not clean yet. We booked a room for 4 persons and we ask for an extra bed for one of the kids the night we came but no one came with one. The day after I needed to say it again and the stuff were just not service minded at all.. it was just so dirty around the area. The food can u not complain about! But I will never come back to this hotel.

Temmuz 3 günlük konaklamam da objektif ve oldukça detaylı bir analiz yapıyorum. Eksi ve artıkar ayrı başlıkta. Eksiler * Çalışan sayısında ciddi bir eksiklik var. Minimumda döndürüyorlar. Örnek akşam konserleri yapılan yüzlerce kişinin olduğu ve tek içecek alabileceğiniz yerde 1 kişi duruyor. 10 dk bira almak için ayakta bekledim. * Taze espresso yapan hiç bir nokta yok. Yani bütün kahve çeşitleri makina kahvesi hazır veriliyor. Şöyle güzel bir taze kahve içeyim deseniz yok * İçecek kalitesi genel olarak ciddi düşük. Şişe herhangi bir içecek yok soda, gazoz, meyve suyu, bira vs. Şişeyi geçtim soft içeceklerde bir tane kaliteli bir meyve suyu koyulmamış. * Minibar sadece su ile teslim ediyorlar. Yani 1 şişe en azından limonlu soda koyun yahu. Don’t waste your money to book this hotel, my wife and I stayed there for a week and had the worst experience ever! Can you believe a 4 star all inclusive resort is telling you there is no air conditioning in their rooms when it’s like 40 degrees out there and humidity is so high as well?!! Then they said there is another room with a/c and you need to pay extra 200 euros just to have the A/C for 5 days! They even charged extra to use the safety deposit box in our room! I’ve never seen or heard such things before Food quality was sooo poor Always cold always not fresh and very low quality I strongly recommend everyone not to pay these scammers!

Mot a pleasant experience

Very disappointed, room was very nousy but changed next day. No social distancing at all no one except some staff wearing masks food was cold and also some of it was handled by guests and then put down again. We didn't see any one cleaning handrails etc no screens at reception sun beds crammed together no safe distance between them. No orderly queuing people leaning over to to see food. Toilets very smelly need a good clean. Easy to see this hotel is very short of staff. Room was not cleaned to a good standard. All in all a very poor stay for us, didn't feel particularly safe there as social distancing and mask wearing was non existent.
