This property at best a 2 star hotel. The grounds were dirty abd the report was shoddy with ongoing construction everywhere.. The staff was extremely cold and un helpful. It’s out in the middle of nowhere but not a place where you can sink in and relax. I hardly write bad reviews, but if you are used to 5 star or luxury resorts. Be aware this is not it. The area is very run down also. The surrounding mountains are charming, the resort is not. We left 2 days early with no reimbursement.

We were told that water activities are functional but as we reached there they were not working They told us that the entertainment shows will be in the evening and afternoon and there was nothing like that And lot of things were closed and we were not informed even about it when we called and inquired about the hotel

Excellent Stay and Value, highly recommend it
This is a very nice hotel the service is excellent. The staff go out of their way to help you. The coffee and tea service is awesome. It’s got a cool hip vibe here, we stayed 3 night because it was great. The food is not great but there is plenty of it and if you are not a foodie, you will think nothing of it. If you are a foodie then the food will surely disappoint you.

Many choices of activities throughout the property. The room was quite good, just a couple things not working correctly. Really strange orientation of the toilet and shower door. Biggest downfall was the smell of sewage in many areas, even coming to the room on the 5th floor. Not sure if it was an ongoing circumstance as we were there only 1 day.

All around the hotel was under constraction. İ think it will be good after finish but for our holiday time it was not good. A lot of noise everywhere. Foods are good but only limited kind. Location is very good. Staff is so helpful except a women from patisserie part.she was so rude.Like she was throwing cookies to the middle of peoples faces.Best of Hotel is to be very close to the beach

Very good value for money
I had a couple of issues with maintenance in the room but the guest relations department here is very good and managed to resolve within a reasonable timeframe. If you are expecting slick fast service throughout this is not the hotel for you as the pace is slow. There are many English guests but the staff are limited in their vocabulary. They speak prodomemently Turkish, Russian and some German. The food in this hotel is top class and exemplary. They have award winning chefs onsite. Try their Turkish restaurant it is amazing! The bedrooms are spacious and clean. Clearly good housekeeping standards compared to some other Turkish 5 star hotels. Bed quality - very comfortable and good. Premium bedding. Clean curtains. Balcony furnishing very basic and small but my room had a sea view. The hotel is good at controlling noise. It has zero tolerance policy on noise after midnight. Their security are very professional and visible to all which is very comforting. You simply cannot come into the building unless security has checked your wrist band. This is by far the best security standards I have seen in Turkey for a hotel. The bar staff vary in experience and there is no cocktail menu. The local busses into Kemer stop right outside the resort and cost just 3lira per person. A taxi is £9 so much more expensive but faster. The bus stops many times to drop and pick up people and it’s not very comfortable. Overall this hotel is very good value for money.

Nice stay
We stayed two nights and we were two families. The staff was so helpful especially Mr. Memmet in the reception. The rooms were very good, food was very good, all in all was very good. I recommend Limak for families.

Excellent hotel
Every thing was excellent. Foods were very delicious. All staff were very friendly and helpful. My four years old daughter and nine years old son had a wonderful time at the kids’ club. Duygu who is the kids’ club leader is very nice and spends extra time with each kids.

Great value - here's a couple of tips
Nice place to stay except that I was put right above the night club on my first night. It's a poor design of the hotel. Asked for a different room the next night and it was better. As others state, the wifi doesn't work well. TIP#1 - Don't settle for a room above the night club. The music pounds until the wee hours of the morning. Ask for a different room. TIP#2 - The wifi is really lame. Sign up for a data plan on your phone before going. They are very cheap in Turkey if you have an unlocked phone. TIP#3 - There are cats everywhere, yes, and in the restaurants. Was surprised to see this in a 5* hotel, but it's kind of a turkish thing. If that bothers you, go to the a-la-kart restaurants and pay the cover charge. TIP#4 - The blankets do not cover the entire bed for the king size bed. Ask for another one.

Terrible hotel.
This place is very old. Fitness room and equipment are very old and that place is like museum. The machines are 30 years old. Most of them are rusted. Service is vey slow. Not enough people is working for service. Hotel and facilites are far from each other. Food is bad. Service is rude. Check in is too slow. Bads are not confortable. I don't recommend this hotel.

Reservation staff
A vacation means that one should go & enjoy every minute & second during this period. However, it was a very disappointing experiance in this hotel which it started from the first day with the reservation & receiption staff whom all with no exception are not friendly & aggressive.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities
We stayed in this hotel during half term holiday and we weren't disappointed. The food was really good, facilities brilliant ( few swimming pools, private beach, disco club, animation shows, pattiseries and many others ) the only disappointing fact it was mist of staff were not very attentive and did seem bored of their job. The animation show team was amazing and very friendly but rest of them could do with more smile, especially reception ( they didn't even ask me if I enjoyed the stay when ja checked out just simple thanks). Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with kids!
