An amazing place to stay! The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. They made me feel super welcome and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was very clean and had everything you needed. I found it was in a great location to do different day trips, getting collected outside the hotel, and very convenient having the beach beside you too! I would highly recommend staying and I will definitely be back !!

" " The hotel was great. The Turkish stuff was very friendly and welcoming, the Russian speaking ones not so much. The food was great! The best pahlava I've ever tried! The territory around the hotel is beautiful! "-" When we arrived to the hotel, we was placed in a smallest room possible, where the door lock got broken within 10 minutes of our being in the room. There was only 1 bed, we had to ask for another one. I booked "Comfort" room with a balcony and 1 full size and 1 single beds. Next day they moved us to a "Comfort" room, but room had 2 single beds. I was traveling to Turkey to see my mom, whom I have not seen for over 10 years, so I was not in a mood for any kind of fight, so we made it work. But this "welcome" totally destroyed our first day together. Then there was a situation with a WIFI, where nobody could help... Also, I'm a bit of a clean freak, and the fact that our room floor never got a wet cleaning (even though room service was daily) kind of freaks me out a bit (we stayed for 11 nights). I would say, it is a great place to stay, but the customer service and cleaning could totally be better!!!

Great hotel! ... unless you value your sleep

The staff and vibe of the hotel is lovely, can't complain there. But if you are looking for a good night sleep here forget it! omg the hotel structure is a spiral with the fiesta based outside right in the middle. The DJ plays all night from 8pm until midnight/1am. Blasts the music all the way up! So the whole hotel can hear! If you're someone who wants an early, peaceful sleep do not book here. You can hear the party music from level 1 - to level 4. Your doors closed, windows closed... it doesn't matter. Luckily for me, I conk out easily regardless of noise if I'm really tired, or staying up late it didn't bother me after the first night... I got used to it. But the first night was a shock for me. I asked staff if it was like this every night and they said yes! Other than that the hotel is lovely and the staff are really great. I went solo and enjoyed myself there. The all inclusive drinks do not include cocktails by the way, just alcohol with chasers. The room is really basic which disappointment me because looked more big and vibrant in the pics but it did the job. The hotel beach is a pebble beach, but if you want a nice clean sand beach, go to Moon Beach which is a simple walk away. You have to pay for entry, (Unless you're hot girl like me, then its free lol!) Overall I had a good time and made good memories. Just wouldn't stay here because of the late hotel party vibe, I like to sleep in silence! Thanks for a lovely time L'ancora regardless!

Öncelikle onca yol geldikten sonra resepsiyondaki yabancı uyruklu arkadaşla türkçe anlaşmaya çalışmak çok zordu. Otelin içi ferah odaları geniş temiz yeni genellikle misafirler yaşlı turist bu yüzden herkes gayet oturaklı davranıyor her anlamda herhangi bir aşırı aykırı durum gözlemlemedik eşimle. Yemekler gayet yeterli çeşitli ve lezzetliydi açıkçası bu kadar beklemiyordum diyebilirim ilk deneyimimizdi eğer kum plaj olsa her yıl gelebileceğimiz bir oteldi otopark biraz sıkıntılı küçük ama ara sokaklarda da bırakabilirsiniz sorun olmuyor .

It was really good vacation. Mr. Akay helped us too much for our holiday to be unforgettable. The sea is christal clear. Hotel location is in the city center. Close to everywhere you need to. Employees is very helpfull. Thank you for everything.

Nice stay in center of Kemer

The hotel is centrally located just by the sea. It's nice to stay in center as you can walk around anytime you want. Meals especially lunch and dinner were very good. There were beef in each of it. Sea was very good/clean for swimming.. I was lucky to swim end of October!

Otelin konumu mükemmel. Deniz harika, tertemiz. şezlong ve şemsiye boldu. Yemek, tatlı ve salata çeşitleride fazlasıyla vardı ancak lezzetsizdi, sonuçta yenecek şey bulunuyodu mutlaka..Otel çalışanları; restorant ve bardakiler oldukça yardımcı ve güleryüzlü ama temizlik kötüydü..Örneğin hiçbir çalışan eldiven kullanmıyordu.. meyveleri, domates ve salatalık gibi sebzeleri avuçlayıp koyuyorlardı, masalar güzel temizlenmedi..oda temizliğide düzgün yapılmadı, pis bir paspasla yerler silindi.. Aşağıda havlu veren görevliler oldukça kabaydı..

Dette var dårlig desverre.

Ingen reservasjon ved ankomst. Ble plassert på skittent lite rom i B blokk. Sur betjening og fullt av russere. Bildene av rom står ikke i forhold til det vi fikk. Sentral beliggenhet er det eneste pluss. Her skulle klasifiseringen vore 2 stjerner.

Girişte odayla ilgili çok sıkıntı yaşadık resepsiyon da görevli bayanın acemiliği gerçekten insanı çileden çıkaracak durumdaydı fakat Kadir ve Hakan beylerin ilgisi konuya hakim bir şekilde çözüm odaklı yaklaşımlarıyla sorunu çözdüler tatil sürecinde barda görevli arkadaşlardan özellikle Enes beye ayrıca teşekkür ederim Güler yüzü için...fakat yemeklerde biraz daha temiz ve titiz olunması gerektiğini düşünüyorum......

В отеле есть номера, которые формально считаются 2-х местными, но 2 человека там едва разминутся. При бронировании показываются фото обычного номера. В них заселяют, если воспользоваться невозвратным предложением со скидкой. До 23:00 нельзя уснуть даже с закрытыми окнами из-за громкой музыки. Дополнительные одеяла запачканы несмывающимися пятнами. Wi-Fi нужно оплачивать за каждое устройство отдельно. Сейф тоже платный. Он не прикручен, а просто стоит в шкафу. При этом он не работал, а принесенный на замену допускал только код 1234. В самом шкафу стенки измазаны белым налётом. Куртка на вешалке оказалась испачканной. Та-же проблема в ванной. Любая одежда, закинутая на ограждение душевой, пачкается. ТВ-приём плохой, ни один канал смотреть невозможно. Подключить свой медиаплейер нельзя, т.к. у телевизора только древний аналоговый SCART-разъём. Бассейнов 2, но ни одним из них не пользуются. Один расположен посреди ресторана, а странно плавать посреди обедающих людей. Второй расположен в тени и в нём очень холодная вода (на майские праздники она была холоднее, чем в море). Вода чрезмерно хлорирована и после посещения требуется принять душ. Полотенца для пляжа меняют только через 2 дня. Спортзал правильнее называть спорт-уголком. 3 тренажера, одна шатающаяся скамья и 4 одинаковых затасканных груза для штанги. Тренажеры старые, с разбитыми кнопками. Услуга трансфера из аэропорта отсутствует, ресепшен предлагает самому взять такси, как и обратный путь.

Ötele ilk geldiğimizde 2 tek kişilik yatağın olduğu sığınak gibi bir oda verdiler, kabul etmeyince biraz daha ferah bir odaya geçtik neyse ki. İlk gece odamıza çıktığımızda hamam böceği ile karşılaştık, ayrıca giderden ağır bir koku geliyordu, çarşaf da lekeliydi. Yemekler hem çeşit olarak az hem de lezzetsizdi. Plaj barı ücretli maalesef, plajda yiyip içmek isterseniz otel kısmındaki bara gitmek zorundasınız. Denizi taşlık ama temiz ayrıca dalga da yoktu yalnız çok kalabalıktı. Personelden şef garson İsa bey çok ilgiliydi, kendisine teşekkür ederiz.
