The apartments were very large, cozy, bright. We found everything we needed in them (dishes, toiletries). Before our arrival, the owner contacted us via whatsapp and explained everything. We arrived at the apartments early, but the maids let us in and explained everything in detail. The apartments are right next to the sea, a few minutes walk to the beach. There is a shop nearby. The outside area is perfectly landscaped, there is a swimming pool. It was very nice to sit on the balcony in the evening.

We stayed at Kemer Residence early December 2024. The duplex apartment is beautiful, with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Short walk to the beach and all amenities. The staff were wonderful, especially Celal who communicated with us by WhatsApp and responded immediately to our questions. Please note, out of season there is no pool or fitness room. This did not detract from what is a lovely apartment in a lovely area.

Mükemmel bir tatil yaşadık.Özellikle Zoryana Hanım bize çok yardımcı oldu.Çok temiz evde konaklamamızı yaptık.Havuzun boyutu da oldukça iyiydi.Aynı zamanda denize çok yakındı konum olarak da idealdi.Anlaşmalı oldukları beachte ücretsiz sezlonglardan yararlandık bize bu konuda da yardımcı oldular.Aynı zamanda araçsız geliyorsanız minübüslere de çok yakın,gezmek istediğimiz her yeri kolaylıkla gezebildik.Kesinlikle harika bir tatil için tavsiye ettiğim bir yer :)

Terrible Experience - DO NOT STAY HERE!

We booked to stay at the Kemer Residence for 1 night. This place has NO sign outside saying Kemer Residence in any form. There is nothing on the entrance gate except for a construction companies plaque and a "beware of the dog notice". The place was in complete darkness when we arrive. There is no reception or gatehouse. We eventually found a gentleman in a building a block away who came to help us. He rang around and managed to find the person who had information of our arrival. Following the conversation it transpired which apartment we were booked in and that the key was hidden (inside a live electrical box). We were shown in by the gentleman and he told us the wifi code and left. Needless to say wifi did not work. We then found out that there was no running water in the whole apartment. We then had to wait around for someone to come and resolve the issue. The apartment itself is in need of some TLC. The smoke detector is broken. There is a kitchen door hanging off it's hinges. Stains to flooring. Shower cubicle was dirty in the corners. The one positive was the bed was really comfortable but there was no extra blankets for the colder nights. We ended up using the air conditioning to warm the place but these are old units and very noisy. We complained to the Customer Service lady who phoned us to tell us were to leave the key on departure. She seem to think the whole sorry experience was funny and laughed when we told her of our experience. Not recommend!

Her şey fotoğrafta gözüktüğü gibi güzel ve kaliteliydi. Sakin ve huzurlu bir ortamdı. Sadece bazen civardaki gece kulüplerinin sesi geliyordu ama kapı ve önceleri kapattığınızda bu durum da çözüme kavuşuyor. Her şey gayet temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Denize ve Kemer merkeze çok yakındı. Ulaşımı kolay bir yerde olması da bir artıydı. Odanın içinde her şey vardı ve dışarıdan bir şey almamıza gerek kalmadı. Herkese tavsiye edebileceğim bir yer. Kemer tatilinizde kalacak yere karar vermeden önce mutlaka bir göz atın derim.

Quiet nice place

We rented pool access room. Our holiday was very well spent. Hosts was very helpful. Whenever I needed anything, I phoned them and they answered every time. Villa apartments location is very good. Only 100 meters walk to the beach, 100 meters walk to town center, local grocery shops and restaurants. Night clubs are only one block away. Location is quiet, there wasn't much gests when we booked the place. Our 3 years old daughter spend hours in children pool. We loved walking along the beach on the pavements at night times with ice creams on our hands. During our stay in Kemer, we observed that majority of tourists are russian. There are many attractions and events you can participate e.g. boat tours, parasailing.

Customer Service needs to be worked on.

Booked 2 aparts one ground floor access for my 70+ parents and pool view they were given the garden view room on arrival. After complaining and spending 2 hours of our holiday conversing with Murat and Emine they finally moved the other couple out and after a clean moved my parents into the correct pool view room. Bad experience from the start. I have lived in Turkey for a number of years this is the first time I have experienced this level of service. At one point they wanted us to wait 3 days to move in when the other couple checked out. Turkish people are renowned for their helpful nature. Neither owners came to ask if we were ok after this initial experience and avoided us once we asked about pool umbrellas which never materialised and lots of other stated facilities were missing.Not enough mugs, crockery, saucepans, iron, ironing board, airer, pool umbrellas which are all listed on the website.These items came in bit by bit from their staff during our stay but NOT the umbrellas. There are not enough sun loungers for the rented apartments, not enough space in the sun by the pool in peak season. Our time there was fine as nobody else joined us by the pool. If all apartments were rented this would be a different matter and especially if people smoked by the pool area as they would be directly in front of your apartment. You are 150 metres from the 3 biggest nightclubs in Kemer which can be heard until 4am. There is no front desk as stated to query anything.

Det var et fantastisk sted flot have med pool søde udlejere og skøn lejlighed så flot vi var så glade:) tæt på strand og alt butikker restauranter og byliv hvis man ønsker. rengøring så flot:) kunne måske bare godt have ønsket mere end 1 gang pr, uge. da vi selv gerne ville lave mad indimellem må jeg indrømme der manglede udstyr i køkkenet men fik det sagt og alt godt. flotte Siemens ting ovn-køleskab-micro-vaskemaskine stedet var som et home away:) Kan varmt anbefales:)
