The hotel was OK. It delivers what you'd expect according to it's price point. Beach access and pool were the highlights. Lowlights include the service - majority of staff unfriendly and look like they'd rather be somewhere else. Drinks were bad, the beer was the only thing that was drinkable, the cocktails were atrocious. Food was ok but a bit repetitive and many guests would push and shove others out of the way to get their fix, something akin to pigs at the trough.

Hayatımda kaldığım en kötü otel deneyimini yaşadım. Bu otelin 5 yıldızla uzaktan yakından hiçbir alakası yok. Yemekler son derece lezzetsiz, hijyen sıfır ve kesinlikle özen gösterilmiyor. Çeşit varmış gibi görünüyor ama kalite ve tat açısından tamamen hayal kırıklığı. Odalar pis, çarşaflar lekeli ve temizlenmemişti; banyo hijyeninden bahsetmek bile mümkün değil. Hizmet kalitesi ise tam bir fiyasko. Personelin ne ilgisi var ne de güler yüzü… Misafir memnuniyeti kesinlikle öncelik değil. Ben 5 yıldır uluslararası turizm sektöründe çalışan biri olarak söylüyorum: Bu tesisin 5 yıldız ibaresi tamamen yanıltıcı. Maksimum 2 yıldız eder. Profesyonel gözle bile bakıldığında yönetimden temizlik ekibine kadar her şey rezalet. Tatilinizi zehir etmek istemiyorsanız burayı kesinlikle tercih etmeyin. Paranızı çöpe atmakla aynı şey. Özetle: Yemekler kötü, odalar kirli, hizmet sıfır, hijyen yok. Sakın gitmeyin, kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.”

Otel genel olarak iyi,özellikle resepsiyon birimi son derece ilgili ve yardımcıydı.Yemekler çeşitli ve guzel,havuzlar ve deniz kullanımı gayet başarılı.Oda temizliği olmasi beklenen sekilde iyiydi.Seveni de vardir mutlaka ama ciddi sekilde rahatsiz olduğum konu özellikle havuz cevresindeki gürültü boyutunda müzik oldu.Animasyon,gece aktiviteleri hep belli bir zevke ve eğlence sekline mahkum bırakıyor.Gercek anlamda kacacak yer aradık.Lobiden başka bir yer bulamadik.Aşağidaki ses o kadar yuksekti ki odamizda bile bangir bangır erik dalı çaldı durdu.Lobi bardaki ve ana restorandaki müzik anlayişı otelin diger birimlerine de yansıtılabilirse çok daha kaliteli bir tatil olabilir. Animatorün sabahları havuz başina sesi sonuna kadar açıp deniz kenarındaki isine gidip meyhane duzeyinde bir Türkçe popla bizi başbasa birakması dinlenmeyi veya kitap okumayi imkansiz hale getiriyor.Gürültüyle veya tek bir müzik tipiyle eğlenmeyi seven müsteriler için yerli yabancı tüm müşteriler rahatsız edilmese daha saygılı bir yaklaşım olur gibi geliyor.

Kötü bir deneyim

Kötü bir deneyim oldu bizim için. Fiyatından dolayı çok bekletimiz yoktu ama onu bile karşılamadı maalesef. Resepsiyon görevlileri, kır bahçesindeki Devran bey ve barmen Derviş güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi onun dışında çalışanlar suratsız ve umursamaz özellikle snake bardaki şef misafirleri resmen azarlıyordu. Yemek lezzeti kötü değildi ama çeşidi ve miktarı az, bitenler tamamlanmıyor ilk gelen yiyor. Ne sorsak kalmadı diyorlar kahvaltıda bal yok, salataya zeytinyağ yok, akşam lobi barda alkol bitti dediler ertesi gün pool barda bira kalmadı dediler garip bir tesis alırken bir daha düşünün. Tekrar tercih etmeyeceğiz.

Kötü bir deneyimdi .

Girişten itibaren tüm personel çok kaba nezaketsiz ve suratsızdı. Girişte rezervasyon görünmüyor diyip bekletildik, masaj için bilgi alırken 30 dklik masajdan ne bekliyorsunuz gibi bilgilendirmeler aldık . Havlu almak istediğimizde 12 yi geçti diye uyarıldık , otele giriş zaten 14.00 olduğu halde . Yemekler kötüydü , tüm mutfak eşyaları aşırı kirli lekeliydi. Snack barda yemekler soğuk ve yoğunluktan diyerek ilgilenmediler . Ayranin son kullanma tarihi gecikti. Tüm otel kötü kokuyordu . Kesinlikle önermiyorum . Konumu ve yeri dışında çok kötü bir deneyimdi .

3 yetiskin deniz goren oda almamiza ragmen odanin kucuk oldugu ve 3.yatagin sigmayacağı soylenerek baska oda onerildi.Odaya ek yatak diye rahatsız bir çocuk yatağı kondu.Kızım 21 yaşında yatakta rahat edemedi.Saat 16gibi giris yaptık. Plaj havlusu yoktu.Bugun alamazsınız denildi.

Den är bra men inte för lång tid max 4 dagar

Det var bra med stora rum 60kv utsikt mot havet och hotellet faciliteter är i dålig skick skulle ligga 3 stjärnigt hotell och maten var ok men det var samma mat sorters varje dag och stranden var bra 5min promenad och Polen var bra stora var frame och den andra med rutschkana som de startade nästan aldrig finns bakom hotellet + en som är inom hus pool

Personel oryantasyonu yoktu. Ayrıca,insanlar zorla getirilmiş gibi çalışıyordu. Temizlik gayet iyiydi.Yemekler malesef en kalitesiz satın alma ile elde edilmiş mahsullerden oluşuyordu. Üstelik yanmış ve kötü değerlendirilmiş ürünler servis ediliyor.Mutfak kısmı kesinlikle gözden gecirilmeli. Personel eğitimi mutlaka sağlanmalı.Çok güzel fiziki imkanları olan bir otel onca yatırım heba olmasın derim .
