The property is dated and in need of renovation. The staff are fabulous especially Dennis and Chef. Unfortunately we were absolutely shocked by the greediness of the other guests which meant that some food ran out quite quickly. There was enough for everyone but the over indulgence of guests meant some went without whilst we watched mountains of food being binned! The guy who runs the spa will also con your granny out of her last 50p! The tour rep was great and we had 2 great excursions, make sure you have a good breakfast before you go as food is very basic. (We had a 6 year old with us!) A good hotel to go to if you are on a really low budget. WiFi is €2 a day per gadget (only whilst in hotel) and it wasn’t great!

Very bad experience with my travel in Antalya. Hotel room they provided me was so bad. I asked to change blankets because of that was so dirty but they didn’t coming to change. Very poor management. I will never forgot about room number 206

Sadece uyumak ve yemek yemek için ideal bir otel. Temizlik konusunda kesinlikle çok kötü. Şenzlogların yanındaki masalar berbat, odalar berbat,çift mişilik yatak yok. Ancak içecekler ve yemekler güzel. Plajına gitmektense havuzda vakit geçirmeyi öneririm çünkü çok fazla taşlık.

Väldigt dåligt hotell. Vi fick inte nya handdukar eller påfyllt med toa papper. Lakarna böts ej för en vi bad om det. Över lag var städningen väldigt dålig både på rummet och i allmäna utrymmen. Vi bodde på 5 våning och hade inget tryck i duschen ej heller varmvatten. Personalen var i allmänhet trevliga och gjorde sitt bästa.

Meget beskidt og ulækkert Hotel. Bliver beskrevet som et 4 stjernet Hotel men er max. 2 stjernet. Personale er sure og ikke flexible, maden er elendig og i meget begrænset mængde. Pools og områder omkring incl. Pool Bar er meget beskidte og bliver aldrig rengjort. Vi var 4 voksne på ferie i uge 29 i 2024 og det er den værste ferie vi nogensinde har været på. Da vi ankommer bliver vi indlogeret på et andet værelse da det vi skulle have, først var ledigt dagen efter. Det værelse vi kom på til at starte med var så ulækkert. Der var skimmelsvamp i loftet på badeværelset og toilettet sad ikke fast til gulvet. Brusekabinen var ulækker beskidt. Der hang spindelvæv i alle kroge og hjørner. Madrassen var hård som sten. Der var ikke noget køleskab på værelset. Dagen efter får vi det andet værelse som var lidt bedre i stand men der var intet tryk på vandet i bruseren og lige pludselig var der bare ikke noget vand og toiletter på hele området kunne næsten ikke trække ud. Pool området var beskidt, det var tydeligt at se at de ikke gør rent omkring poolen. Vandet i poolen var totalt grumset. Maden var heller ikke noget at råbe hurra for. Brødet var så tørt at man næsten ikke kunne skærer det over. Hvis mine børn havde været med så havde de sultet. Strømmen gik min. 6 gangen om dagen. Og de er ikke særligt gode til Engelsk. Når man Google hotellet står der at det er et 4 stjernet hotel, det er det bare ikke. Det fortjener ikke mere en maks 2 stjerner. Billederne er misvisende.

Müthiş kalabalık bir işletme idi havuzun da yer bulmak neredeyse imkansız dı havuzun orada bulunan lavabonun kapısı kapanmıyor du kapınızı bekleyecek birisi yok ise tuvaleti kullanmanız imkansız yemekleri vasattı üç gün boyunca sadece yeşillik yiyebildik yeşillik konusunda fazlaca bonkörler her köşede bir marul maydonoz semiz otu bulabilirsiniz fakat limonları kısıtlı idi özellikle çalışana limon sordum ama limon olmadığını söyledi ana yemek konusunda fazlaca eksiklerdi oda da bulunan buz dolabı yeteri kadar soğutmuyor du televizyon da ise sadece bir kanal çekiyor du sık sık da elektrik kesintisi yaşandı o nedenle klimadan çok fazla verim alamadık Bizim için kötü bir deneyim oldu yorumları dikkate almamıştım ama yorumları dikkate almanız tavsiye ederim

Öncelikle fiyat olarak gayet uygundu ama performansı fiyatının da altında kaldı. Mükemmel beklentilerle gitmedik ama yine de bir işletmenin dikkat etmesi gereken durumlar burada biraz sınıfta kaldı. Odalar her gün temizlendi ama onun haricinde ortak kullanım alanlarında ve havuzlarda genel bir temizlik problemi vardı. Yemekler maalesef sınıfta kaldı. Resepsiyonda bulunan arkadaşlar ilgisizdi kayıp eşyamızın bulunması konusunda asla yardımcı olmadılar ve kayıp olarak kaldı.
