The whole place has the old and shabby feel about it. Rooms weren't clean. There were hairs and some towels seem to be dirty too. Quite poor choice of food and next to zero entertainment. It wasn't easy to find a free lounger on the beach or table at the restaurant for dinner. Staff were mostly helpful and friendly.

Hotel looks nothing like on the pictures … rooms are very dirty and bathrooms remember years 1990. Hotel employees are not speaking in English only Russian and Turkish. All entrainment and music is in Russian language.breakfasts are awful there is nothing to eat for European person, but the rest of the food is good. Hotel is in very good location though and pools are clean same as the beach and kids poll with sliders

Am 30/7 um 17:10 sind Die 2 Frauen von Rezeption unhöflich und kein Lust zum arbeiten.Statt arbeiten aber am Handy spielen.Seit 2 Tage hat niemand mein Zimmer geputzt und Wir haben keine Toiletten Papier mehr.Mein 10 jährige Sohn muss von dritte Stock 6x hin und her laufen um das Toiletten Papier zu Verlangen .Erste Mal verlangt sie Zimmer Nummer ,dann 2te mal ist er nach oben gegangen Extra zimmerschlüssel mitnehmen zum zeigen aber sie sagte ,sie wird später geben obwohl er sagte,bitte wir brauchen dringend .Sie sagte nein.Dann dritte Mal kommt mit meinem Mann während sie am Handy spielt,bis mein Mann kommt dann rannt sie aber mit unhöflich böse Ton gegeben.Alles gut von am Anfang aber heute ist schlecht. Service Leute sind Fleissig,Sie haben immer am Tisch aufgeräumt.Essen sind fast jeden Tag gleich,außer 1 Abend Menü ist jeden abends neu.Die sind Geschmacklos ,man muss salatsosse und Gewürze lieber selber mitnehmen.
