"The carpet in the room is old and stained, the bathroom is old for the price per night I would expected something a bit newer, with amenities that are not old worn out. There is no free drinking water available in the room. The light fixture is missing the light bulb. I like the fact that it’s located in the heart of Newark, DE and it’s close and convenient. The breakfast lacks variety and is not appealing, the food are very salty."

"I chose this hotel because my daughter had to go to the University of Delaware and I'm so glad I did. The hotel was very clean. The staff was wonderful and accommodating and the room was fantastic."

"The only issue with this hotel is getting in and out of it from the road. Its just kind of awkward. And we wished there was a hot tub, but we did enjoy the pool. Breakfast was good and the lady that checked us in was very polite and helpful."

"We were very comfortable staying here. The place was clean. The staff was friendly. My only negative was not crazy about the breakfast. The staff serving it was very friendly and kept things clean. I just don’t like that kind of eggs would’ve liked a little more variety."

"Hotel in desperate need of renovation. Old worn out furniture. Horrifying lighting. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is close to things but nothing readily walkable. Only highlight is the water pressure. Old school speakman shower heads. IYKYK"
