"We stay in Jackson once every couple of months trying different places. This was by far the least impressive as far as bare bone amenities/location. However Jeff in the office was very accommodating. We originally had a room that had quite an odor as well as some blood stain on the side of the bed. He swiftly changed our room and returned some $ from our stay which was not expected but appreciated. Beds were pretty uncomfortable room appears in rough shape.
