I have 2 children, one who is SEN…and the staff couldn’t do more to support us from understanding our concerns about our initial rooms with balcony and changing rooms for us no problem thanks to the lovely Magda to providing a pizza for our child every lunch and dinner time (this is all he will eat). 「The room setting, service and light breakfast were very good. It was only the toilet odour in our room that we dislike most. We followed the hotel instruction of throwing toilet paper into the dustbin instead of toilet. The unpleasant odour might come from the toilet paper in dustbin or the sewage pipes. Other than this problem, we are very satisfied with the room.」

Weather was beautiful in late November & the water was warm enough to swim. My only ding - water for the shower was only warm, not hot. Other than that it was fantastic & I would stay here again. 」
