"The pool was at 50 degrees, they wouldn’t turn on the heater. They don’t set foot in your room unless you are there for more than 3 days. This means no towels, beds aren’t made, no tissues, and out of conditioner. They didn’t have any milk for breakfast and our tv needed to be “reset” every am in order to work. The only pleasant fella was the guy working breakfast. He needs a raise and should give lessons to the other staff members working behind the desk. We had a boys basketball team at the hotel and they couldn’t swim, LAME! "

"This was a great location to the park. The beds were hard as a rock and the amenities were basic. "

"Cedar cove was a good stay for the price we paid. The rooms were clean although the floors could have been swept again. The staff was nice and helpful. The water pressure and temperature of water was less than ideal. We also had to plug in the fridge and microwave."

"They charge a $50 cash deposit for “local” guests. This is seperate than putting a card on file for incidentals. There is no mention of this anywhere during the reservation process. We were in the area for my son’s basketball tournament. We are from about a hour away, but still considered local. There is no elevator. I wish I would have known this before booking a room for my 80 year old parents. The staff seemed rude and uninterested in providing customer service. They seemed to be bothered when I was asking them questions. The hotel is close to train tracks and the trains pass by during the night. The only thing good about the breakfast was the coffee was hot. I will say the room seemed clean, and the pool are was not bad. My advice would be to look at the hotels further north on 250. "
