「The room was great, but booked the hotel for graduation of my nephew. My kids wanted to swim at the pool but it was closed & there was no discount given or other accommodations given. Just a sorry about it.」

「Expedia reservations made at Hampton are treated with rudeness when the manager Jack says "Oh this is a 3rd party reservation and there is nothing I can do to help you with anything at all!" They made no attempt to assist us with a late (next day) arrival on a 2 night stay. We called the Hampton directly and of course the policy is a penalty of the one night but then Hampton cancelled the reservation and treated my wife very coldly when she arrived the next day.
