It was a perfect stay. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel even prepared a fan for the room. The breakfast was amazing and the kitchen staff made sure our needs are attended and came out to explain about the breakfast available for each and one of us. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Yorkshire.

Easy self check in. The property is a bit tired looking and dated. There was no reception to request an early breakfast as I had to leave by 07h30, so left without breakfast.

Comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Currently being upgraded/ renovated so some untidy places, no lift in the building. For rooms on the top floor.

We had a problem with checkin which entailed a couple of phone calls before we could get into the room as the reception isn't staffed at weekends. However, once we had the room we were satisfied with it. We only stayed one night so we didn't need much storage, although there was a wardrobe and drawers. The bathroom was fine with an overbath shower, and towels were nice and big. Breakfast was very good and the lady serving was very helpful and friendly. Plenty of choice both hot and cold, with a plentiful supply of tea and coffee. The hotel is in a suburban area. There is a pub nearby which we didn't use but otherwise it's a drive to any main shops etc. One bonus is that there is a bus which stops right outside, which we used to get home from Ilkley. All in all, for a one night stay it was good value.

Did not like the abscence of humans until breakfast. The cook was obliging in making me a bacon butty for breakfast. The bed was comfy and the hotel was clean but a wee tired.

The hotel was easy to find and quite central for Keighley and venturing further afield. The car park is tucked behind the back, not so great. Although the staff were friendly and helpful at breakfast which was really cooked nice and tasted great, I found the lack of a reception quite unusual. Our room was comfy and clean but the shower was quite poor, an over bath one which was not very powerful. It says it is quirky, very true but also quite dated.
