Keg Springs Winery Tours

It would have e been a great price of there was hot water in the shower. At check in I received a text that gave me the wifi password and the code of the building and my room doors. And it stated if I needed anything to te t back. I received another later in the evening stating another time to text of I needed anything. Woke up at 6 am. Turned on the shower and no hot water. I let it run for over 10 minutes and still no hot water. I sent a text and no answer. After 10 more minutes my daughter had to wash her hair so she got in. With only being able to stand the water long enough to wash her hair she got out. Still no hot water and her lips were blue. Still no text back. By 7:30 am we were ready to go. When we stopped at the desk I mentioned I had sent a text an hour ago she said oh. I said there was no hot water and she said oh we will have someone check that thanks. Safe travels. Really. That is your answer. I later got another text that just said thanks for telling us about the water. So disappointed. Did I mention it was 95 degrees outside. I tried to post pics of the text but it was not allowed

Its is a very good property and clean.
