La struttura é datata. La porta d'accesso al monolocale era alzata da terra di circa un paio di cm così gli insetti e le zanzare potevano entrare tranquillamente. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva in quanto più larga rispetto al telaio, la carta igienica non si poteva buttare nel wc, ma nel porta rifiuti e il tubo della doccetta perdeva acqua in modo tale che dal soffione ne usciva la metà. Quando abbiamo evidenziato al proprietario che la porta del bagno non si chiudeva, la risposta é stata quella che se ci andava bene così, ok, altrimenti c'è ne potevamo andare.

Appartamento piccolo e semplice. Tutto in linea con la descrizione fornita. Titolari gentili e che parlano italiano. Unica pecca, la miscelazione dell' acqua nella doccia non ottimale... nulla comunque di grave. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Gradito il parcheggio e il balcone con tavolino.

Monolocale come da foto, un po’ datato quindi ma pulito ogni due giorni con cambio biancheria. Molto disponibili, ci hanno fatto pure un bucato senza chiederci niente. Posizione ottima e facilità di parcheggio, taverna vicino super!
