This was my second stay at Ideales, the first being in a bigger villa last year. The villas are very clean, airconditioned and have lovely pools. There is a great ambience. There are restaurants within walking distance. The only negatives would be that the wifi is not great. ( This was last year too). It drops quite a lot. THe kitchen could also do with a few more large dishes and bowls for the nights you cook at home and have nothing to put food into for serving. Other than that, it is a great place to stay and I would go back again.

We stayed in the Kolchilaki Villa. The villa was beautiful and clean. Lila was wonderful, she was always available and responded to my emails promptly. She also assisted us with our car rental and airport pick up, making the process smooth and quick. Lila and Lola were very accommodating. The only complaint I have is that we were there for 6 nights, and our sheets were only changed once. But overall the villa was clean and in great condition. We would definitely stay with them again.

Restful, amazing location 5* holiday

We had a wonderful weeks holiday here, the villa was superb, welcome gift cute, everything we needed and more. Close to a shop for supplies and restaurants within walking distance. Overall an excellent holiday, thoroughly recommend staying here, kefalonia is without doubt my favourite greek island :)

We attended out of season so anticipated a quiet stay. A car is a must to access nearby resorts and Argostoli is 20minutrs drive away. Lovely villas with views of mountains behind and the sea to the front.

Great location, fantastic staff and beautiful

The villa was wonderfully furnished, the private pool was awesome and the surroundings was beautiful. The staff however were exceptional - they went out of their way to assist both before and after our stay! I had something delivered to the villa before we got there, they arranged for hairdressing and massage and afterwards returned a forgotten gift back to us in England. I would definitely recommend ideales resort for a relaxing, natural, eco friendly holiday in beautiful surroundings with wonderful staff!..

We stayed for a week in the vila “Mataki”. Despite a few minor glitches which has been solved promptly by resort manager Vivi a place was superb. Nice and clean accommodation with an amazing views. Recommend 100%. Thank you.

Beautiful villa. Very spacious and all round well kept. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Staff are very friendly, they are available if needed but otherwise they leave you to peace and quiet at the villa. Leading up to our trip they were extremely helpful with any queries we had. Villa meets all expectations and looks as it does in the advertised pictures. Lots of taverna’s in and around the area (walking distance- maybe a bit far got some, but it’s a very short car trip). Just do some exploring and ask the locals which Taverna’s etc are the best.

Relaxed week

Quiet location, good sized rooms with great facilites. Lovely pool, BBQ and seating areas. Very clean - it was serviced and bed/towels changed twice during our week stay. We visited Anti-Samos, Skala, Myrtos, Lourdata but our favourite was Thomas - small cove with sand and coral platforms to dive/jump off. Take a snorkel mask with you. Had a bar and a traditional taverna. Other beaches busier and noisier....

Al posto della piscina avevamo un idromassaggio

Fate attenzione a quando prenotate... Abbiamo speso un sacco di soldi per ritrovarci un idromassaggio ROVENTE che non siamo neanche riusciti ad usare in quanto ustionante... Abbiamo fatto forse poca attenzione durante la prenotazione ma mettendo il filtro nella ricerca "con piscina" era uscita questa villa con tanto di foto con piscina..... Non era per niente chiaro che avremmo avuto un idromassaggio! Eravamo nella villa KOCHILAKI, pulita, bella, tutto quello che vuoi ma tornassi indietro non rispendere tutti quei soldi, se non in una con piscina!
