「Was concerned after check-in to see that 1 of 2 elevators was not working. Refrigerator in room was not working & heat/air appeared to not be working either. We checked in late so we did not notify front desk till the next morning. Once notified facility maintenance arrived within minutes. 10 minutes later we had a new refrigerator in the room & he went to work on the heat/air.
