"It was a good stay, the sink didn’t drain properly and there was some hair in the bathroom. The elevators are slow."

"Before I reserved I call them whether the hot tub is working the front desk said yes, however, the manager said it has been broken for 5 months when I checked in. I tried to cancel it with hotel.com. But it was very hard and I stayed in with a big disappointment. The room smells so bad, so I asked to change."

"They dont respec the type of rooms you request. I paid for my room 4 weeks in advance. When I arrived they told me they already sold my rooms becauee they were overlooked when I called personally the day of arrival to let them know i was going to arrive at 8PM. The receptionist told me it was fine and rhat my rooms were ready. It was all a big lie. Plus the showers are dirty, the towel rack was almost detached from the wall. Horrible place i do not recommend to anyone. "

"Clean room but lobby was under major construction. Staff tried their best to be accommodating but the free breakfast was a grab and go and the room was lacking a coffee pot, a couple of lightbulbs and hair dryer and microwave was old and a little dirty. Bed very comfortable. "
