「I’m not deducting a star for the rather unpleasant member of staff in the bar last night (Sunday 10.45pm ) However, it’s worth mentioning as management need to stub it out before it affects ratings. Unhelpful, unpleasant and came across as quite rude. It’s a shame as one of the duty managers made our drinks the previous evening and he was friendly and helpful throughout our interaction with him. 「Struttura molto bella esternamente, Camera bella spaziosa ed insonorizzata, Aree comuni e corridoi un po' trascurati, Personale del bar poco attivo,(il servizio esterno non era previsto ma i tavoli sono rimasti sporchi e pieni di stoviglie sporche per ore)tranne il barman molto veloce ed efficiente. Per essere un 4stelle ci ha deluso un po'. Palestra e piscina belle attrezzate e personale molto cortese.」
