「Should have automatic access to sauna and spa given it’s a spa hotel only access is if you have a treatment for 30 mins and if over they charge you on top of having already paid for a premium treatment 」

「This is a very nice hotel near the marina, a bit away from the chaos of the center of A.N. but still close to restaurants, the beach, etc. The perfect location in my opinion. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room itself was fairly basic but clean. We booked a room with a large deck - enough room for 2 loungers, a bistro set, and a bit tub (with unheated water perfect for cooling off in). We spent quite a bit of time on that deck. Breakfast was very good as well. Good...

「Receptionist went well beyond what was required of her to correct a booking error. If the hotel manager reads this, the lady in question, I did not get her name, deserves promotion. Hotel facilities are at least the standard of a good 4 star hotel」
