「The property is old. We were given a different room than what was booked .. even when the entire unit was available. The staff was better and service generally good.」

「Clean room, nice bed, nice bathroom. My booking included breakfast but the hotel said Expedia did not inform them to include breakfast so I had to pay for my breakfast. 」

「I do not recommend this property for the following reasons: Location- terrible. We couldn't find any mode of transport to the Ghats & market. There is also no sign board on the road to guide you to this place and one has to ask around people on street, guards to help if they help. Service- our food order arrived 30+ minutes late and after several follow-ups. Aircons have no remote so you need to keep furniture to stand on and then reach for the controls. Bathrooms - the washbasin taps open...
