Very friendly staff who is willing to do the extra step to go further beyond your expectations. The lady who manages the hotel is very nice and even upgraded us free of charge to enjoy our stay. "Now this was totally unexpected. I am originally from Pernitz, about 20 or so km from Wiener Neustadt, but live in Los Angeles.
