Would recommend

The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We stayed here twice while we were in Kathmandu, and both times they accommodated late check-out as my partner or I were sick. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful!

Great location in Thamel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. The hotel is just in need of some maintenance & cleaning (not uncommon in Kathmandu) but for what you pay for it, it was great! Would stay here again.

It’s a very good place! Karma, Prem, Sabina were helpul and kind ! The breakfast were generous and delicious! WiFi,hot water are working perfectly. As it’s name hotel thamel is in the heart of thamel. !I recommend this hotel!

I picked this hotel out of proximity to restaurants, LOD club and shopping. It was the right choice for that! Breakfast was served each morni by starting at 6:30am. I liked that part. Rooms are basic but nice for what they have. The TV was helpful to watch after a long day around town. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I would stay here again and felt safe and taken care of.

The service is impeccable without being uncomfortably pompous. The staff are honest, calm, measured, competent and considerate. They do go out of their way, so tipping seemed fair to me. The rooms are how I like them; very comfortable, easy to organise yourself in, not full of things you don't need but with all the things you do including little touches that actually make a difference to a stay. Pretty. Great breakfasts. Peaceful yet close to the main attractions. Balcony rooms are lovely. I'm pretty careful with hotels, it took me almost 12 hrs to finally choose this one, as it was my first hotel in Nepal. I chose well.

Cannot trust this hotel at all!

Highly be cautious to this hotel. They overcharged hotel guest even you made your payment online through hotel.com. I booked a standard double room and clearly informed that we have a party of two. When I checked in the hotel, they said I need to pay extra for my partner bcos the room is only for one person but not two. They locked me up and refuse to let us go. Ended up I got to call the tourist police, and after the cops figured out the whole matter. The hotel then released me without charging any extra. This hotel definitely is a scam and dishonest!

酒店地点很好，在Thamel区中心地段，出门就是古城小街道，购物，吃饭都很方便。酒店服务不错，自助早餐丰富。但是我有几点不满意，希望分享给大家，供参考。一，我住的房间有蟑螂，较多，这是让我最不满意的。二，说好的免费WIFI只是大堂里有，房间里的WIFI收费，300卢比一晚。三，房间里的电灯开关漏电。还有一个四，想不起来了。
