「Toilet in room did not flush. Had to use downstairs bathroom. No discount given. Tried to over charge for pets. No real pet area outside like other Hamptons.」

Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable 」
