「We stayed at The Bay Hotel & Suites with two young children and unfortunately our experience fell well below expectations. We booked a Senior Suite with Garden View based on the description and photographs advertised, but the initial room was materially different and raised genuine safety concerns. 「I don’t usually take the time to review my stays, but this is a must. As a traveler that booked a 5 start hotel, I am quite upset at the inaccuracy of this rating. The hotel is “nice”, but the quality is of a 3.5 star hotel (at most). There is minimal to no WiFi. We were greeted with a “used” glass of white wine (evident markings of lip stick on the glasses). 「A beautifully presented and maintained property. Staff were all delightful and helpful, and restaurant, bar, and beach facilities were all excellent. I loved a full kettle in the room, and the complimentary bottle of wine. My only complaints are that the bed was a bit hard, and the spot allowed for bath towels to hang did not facilitate them actually drying.」
