「We had an amazing 2 days at the Grand Elis Hotel. From the start the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The property is beautiful and serene and the service food and cocktails were superb!! Will definitely visit again. Thank you to the staff!」

「This hotel could be so much better. Initial impressions are “wow” but then you start to see the cracks and the fact it needs some TLC and attention to detail. The location is amazing with stunning views but the biggest issue is the air conditioning in the room - we struggled to get it below 28C because the system is old and hasn’t been serviced, especially in the main bedroom. We had to ask for a fan from the manager to make it bearable so we could sleep. At circa £400 a night you expect better...
