A PLEASANT SURPRISE

After my previous night’s unsatisfactory accomodation, I breathed a sigh of relief when I walked into my room. Park Dedeman is a very comfortable hotel. It has everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Comfortable, clean, great location, and the shower was amazing. It was a pity that we only stayed for one night, and I would definitely stay here again.

vale yokluğu otoparkın küçüklüğü ve temizlik yetersizliği ile ilgli yorumlar okumuştum fakat otele varışımız 21.30 civarı olmasına ragmen biri karşılayıp eşyalarımızı aldı, otopark evet küçüktü fakat yer vardı park edebildik. Odalar biraz küçük onun dışında temizlik yeterli düzeydeydi. Havlular paketliydi. Bebegimiz için beşik talep ettik hemen getirdiler. Oda servisi de gayet hızlıydı ve sunumları güzeldi, lezzetleri iyiydi. Kahvaltısı geliştirilebilir. Havuzu biraz küçük fakat ıslak alan cok temizdi. Biz genel olarak konforlu bir 2 gün gecirdik.

Otelde yaşadığım hayal kırıklığı dolu deneyim Konaklama için büyük umutlarla tercih ettiğim bu otel ne yazık ki beklentilerimi karşılamaktan çok uzaktı. Daha otelin girişinden itibaren sorunlarla karşılaştım. Valenin olmaması, özellikle bagaj taşımakta zorluk çeken misafirler için büyük bir eksiklik. Bu durum, otelin profesyonellikten uzak bir izlenim yaratmasına neden oluyor. Restoran deneyimi ise tam bir kabustu. Yemek yemek için oturduğumuz restoranda tam 1 saat 15 dakika boyunca siparişimizin gelmesini bekledik. Üstelik bu kadar beklememize rağmen bir çorba gibi basit bir başlangıç bile ancak sıra ile servis edildi. Çocuklarım yemeklerini bitirdiler biz 1 saat 15 dakika sonra yiyebildik. Bu durum, mutfakta ciddi bir organizasyon sorunu olduğunu gösteriyor. Oda deneyimine gelince, hijyen standartlarının çok altında olduğunu belirtmeliyim. Odaya adım attığımızda kötü bir koku ile karşılaştık. Bunun neden kaynaklandığını anlamak mümkün değil ama otel yönetiminin bu tür temel hijyen detaylarına dikkat etmemesi kabul edilemez bir durum. Restoran personel tavrına gelince, ne yazık ki garsonların kaba ve ilgisiz tavırları beni daha da hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Misafirperverlikten uzak bu yaklaşım, otelin genel hizmet kalitesiyle ilgili ciddi soru işaretleri doğuruyor. Sonuç olarak, bu otel hem konfor hem de hizmet açısından kesinlikle tavsiye edemeyeceğim bir yer. Daha profesyonel bir işletmecilik anlayışı ile çalışmaları ve müşteri memnuniyetini öncelik haline getirmeleri gere
