Perfect from start to finish.

Great stay. Staff were very helpful and professional. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet, with a nice view of the castle. We enjoyed the complimentary spa facilities, using the indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Breakfast was excellent, with large choice of hot and cold dishes to choose from. Also a good selection of cereals, breads and pastries. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel restaurant which we regret, as we seen the menu when leaving breakfast. Menu was varied and looked reasonably priced. When driving into town the hotel was very easy to find. It has a small car park out front, plus an underground car park.

A PLEASANT SURPRISE

After my previous night’s unsatisfactory accomodation, I breathed a sigh of relief when I walked into my room. Park Dedeman is a very comfortable hotel. It has everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Comfortable, clean, great location, and the shower was amazing. It was a pity that we only stayed for one night, and I would definitely stay here again.

Oda konusunda bir sıkıntı yaşadık ama otel çok dolu olmasına rağmen personel çok ilgiliydi ve hemen yardımcı oldu:) resepsiyondaki görevlilere çok teşekkür ederiz. Onun dışında temiz bakımlı bir otel olup, kahvaltısı da gayet çeşitliydi. Yeri de çok güzel bir yerde ve yanında direkt bir avm ve kafelerin olması da çok kullanışlı oldu. Kastamonu’ya tekrar gidersem yine orada konaklarım.
