「We are greeted on check in by receptionist Ms Kami who is very friendly and helpful. She also gives us suggestions on dining and places to visit. The hotel is a traditional one dating from early 1900s, but the facilities are modern. A beautiful lake is just outside the hotel. There’s an elevator and the room is spacious. Wifi is fast. The breakfast buffet has a large variety and eggs are served in any style as you wish. 」

「Beautiful, clean, two bedroom apartment with a comfortable kitchen/living/dining room. Would definitely stay here again. Our 11 year old loved the bunk bed room. 」

「This hotel had provided a comfortable room with a double bed. It had free wifi and the wifi signal was strong. The washroom offered soap and bodywash, though it only had a shower. The frontdesk staff was not that proficient in English but still we could communicate. The hotel locates right opposite to the Schwerin HBF, and its pink color makes the hotel easily recognised. It is about 10 to 15 mins walk from the hotel to Rathaus and town centre.」

「Sehr schönes Hotel, Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und was wir super fanden, Toilette und Dusche getrennt voneinander. Man kann zu Fuß die Innenstadt erreichen und der Hafen ist ja nur paar Meter entfernt. Frühstück war uns persönlich für 25 Euro pro Person zu teuer, am Hafen gibt es genug Bäcker usw wo man günstiger Frühstücken kann. Alles in allem aber ein top Hotel. 」
