Basic accommodations. Staff was outstanding. Location is very convenient to train station and pedestrian zone. Lots of shopping and dining close.

Das Hotel liegt absolut zentral, zum Kulturbahnhof wie auch ins Zentrum. Für einen Städtetrip optimal. Kann ich weiter empfehlen.

Ist in Ordnung

Ich war für 2 Nächte dort. Am Freitag ist um 21 Uhr keiner mehr da, was ich verständlich finde. Jedoch habe ich auch am Samstag und Sonntag niemanden der Rezeption gesehen, was ich dann doch eher unpraktisch finde. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Das Bettgestellt hätte oben drauf mal abgestaubt werden können. Die Handtücher schienen frisch zu sein, wiesen jedoch Flecken auf. Ich vermute, dass sie bei der Wäsche nicht rausgingen. Ganz schlimm fand ich die Matratze und das Kopfkissen. Die Matratze ist super weich und das Kopfkissen war so dick und schwer zu knautschen, dass ich das Gefühl hatte, ich bin in einer halb liegenden und halb sitzenden Position.

Der Check-In hat diesmal sehr gut geklappt, die Rezeption hatte extra auf mich gewartet, wir hatten uns per Mail vereinbart. Ich konnte auch meine Situation der letzten Woche schildern, allerdings sagte die Mitarbeitende "das kann nicht sein" ...so what, was sollte ich da noch sagen. Eine Entschuldigung gab es leider nicht. Ich bin nach dem Check-in nochmal in die Stadt; die Rezeption war nach meinem Check-in geschlossen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, diese Mitarbeitende sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Ich stand abends, im Dunkeln, eine Stunde vor verschlossener Tür! Unter den angegebenen Telefonnummern meldete sich eine Ansage: "diese Nummer ist nicht vergeben" diese Ansagen haben mich sehr irritiert. Nach 45 Minuten ist endlich eine Frau ans Telefon gegangen und konnte mich mit großen Mühen per Check-In Automat einlassen. Ich weiß immer noch nicht, ob ich einmal oder zweimal für das Hotel bezahlt habe, einmal Kredit- und einmal Mastercard. Ich werde dies auf den Kontoauszügen einsehen können. Mal sehen wie es nächsten Sonntag wird? Es bleibt spannend.

Die Unterkunft sehr zentral gelegen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel 5 Minuten zu Fuß! Frühstück gut und ausreichend. Die Zimmer zum Schlafen ausreichend (leider war meine Matratze ausgelegen), das Badezimmer könnte eine Sanierung gebrauchen. Preis/Leistung, in Ordnung!

Das Zimmer war recht groß für ein Einzelzimmer. Die Austattung war gut. Es hat lediglich eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer gefehlt. Es war sehr warm im Zimmer und bei geöffnetem Fenster war es mir zu laut. Ein Klimaanlage wäre da sehr sinnvoll gewesen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Große Auswahl an Speisen und Kaffee. Das Frühstück war vom Preis her angemessen.
