Fantastic resort!! Beautiful beach, great rooms and service, great food and the most friendly environment. Club Crèche the daycare for kids is the best. I think this is one of the resorts we will keep going back it’s fantastic!!!

Great family holiday resort

Amazing group of hotel's. Staff are all so friendly and attentive they couldn't do enough for you. Lovely beaches and pools. Food is good and all fresh. The place is spotlessly clean.

Staff and service was above-and-beyond. The complimentary Volvo tour was a highlight and a fantastic offer for guests who want to see what's outside the resort. Beautiful, luxurious resort that was excellent for children and spotlessly clearn.

I’m not sure there are enough words to describe the best experience ever. Especially as I was extremely sceptical. I’m quite fussy and can be pedantic about cleanliness of a room / area. The entire resort from pools, toilets, changing areas, spa to our own room was absolutely 5star for cleanliness and beauty. I was completely blown away. The Staff are just amazing. The only way to try and explain the level of service is the best most expensive hotel in Mayfair - and that’s actually not even coming close to it!! They are attentive and so accommodating. The reception staff are beyond wonderful. You can use a golf buggy to get you to and from anywhere in the resort and if you are visiting a different hotel within the resort you can take the shuttle bus (or just walk along the beach shoreline a quick 10min walk from Sani Beach and you are at the Sani Marina, where there are a choice of many lovely restaurants. Oh the restaurants! I’m not sure where to begin. We were very well fed from the very start to the very end of our holiday. The choice of cuisine is endless and the taste is just right up there Michelin style. Thank you to absolutely everyone at the Sani Resort. I would recommend this holiday to absolutely anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay and relax but also where you can do a fair few activities too. Thank you for spoiling us and giving us a much needed break and a chance to concentrate on nothing but relaxing and bonding as a family.

the cheerfulness and 'can-do' attitude of ALL of its staff. Any issues were swiftly addressed. Even a typhoon (out of their control) but still apologised for & coped with. Amazing holiday. We will be back.

Great place of pure relaxation

This has to be one of the best breaks and fabulous 5* customer experience. From the welcome to Sani Club- swift check-in by Ilias, to the last day transfer. The staff all very obliging and available at anytime- makes the stay very easy. The spa, the pool, the activities on offer and a delight to have a Nespresso machine in the room! Dimitra at the Pines pool so helpful. The buggy drivers-amazing. The management have thought of everything in fine detail. Ms Chrisa at the Spa room and Thalia and all the spa staff were so personal, without imposing.Treatments were amazing. The shuttle services ran like a swiss machine- well and timely! Half board allowed for great dining experiences- esp Ergon and Fresco. The daily activities are listed on the leaflet on the breakfast table so one can go an enjoy, yoga or pilates, archery- Anna is great at what she does in this area. Recommend waterboard pilates. A big shout out to Antanas & Boris at Olympus Breakfast who served us with such pleasure. The beach is raked very early daily,I noticed and the deckchairs are ready with clean towels constantly. We did not get to meet the GM personally, but want to thank you and your Teams for an amazing stay. We will be returning! The Sani Club and neighbouring Sani hotels are all kept very clean. The Marina is a great place to visit too and catch a music show post dinner at the Garden theatre. Interesting to meet other Guests who were sharing the same thoughts. Says it all!
