「Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Großen Arber und zu Bayerisch Eisenstein. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Familienzimmer für uns mit 3 Kindern hat wunderbar gepasst. Der Service war extrem zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder zurück.」

「Hyggelig hotel midt i Plzen. Fasilitetene var fjonge, med hyggelige rom og veldig hyggelig betjening. Koselig sitteområde i bakgården. At du får ei diger mugge med Urquell som del av velkomsten var særdeles hyggelig. Spa-biten var helt topp!」

「簡單的小房間,東西都很新的感覺! 因為停車問題拖了很多時間,櫃台人員建議不要停路邊,一開始我們停在他建議的停車場,但我們怕停整晚費用很高,於是他帶我們停在自家後門停車場,費用200克朗,於是我們從原先的停車場開出來,花了5克朗. 晚餐我們直接在樓下餐廳吃,很好吃,價格也算合理晚上跟他們要了一瓶水,服務人員很勤快的幫我們送上來,隔天結帳原來一瓶要98克朗. 早餐則包含在房費,很簡單的buffet,蛋料理是現點現做,度過很棒的早餐時光. 這是很舒適的一晚,但要注意房間沒有提供amenity kit,除了毛巾所有都要自己準備,雖然在歐洲旅遊這是常識,偶爾想偷懶沒準備,來這裡會沒得用的!」

「Overall it’s good. All communication through the sms. The dishes are bit dirty. I wish they could consider the light design in the apartment, the color of the lighting is depressing.」

「We enjoyed staying at the Hotel Rous. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was outstanding and there was a beautiful terrace on the city wall to enjoy it. The people were very nice and willing to really take care of us! The hotel is a block from the main Square, and there are plenty of restaurants to enjoy. The underground tour was a short walk from the hotel. The only thing I would have to agree with other reviewers is that it could use a little facelift. We would highly recommend that you stay...

「Perfekt für den Familienkurztrip! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen dass die Kinder mit Herzblut in das Konzept eingebunden sind (z.B. Bademantel und Hausschuhe sowie Kosmetikartikel für Kinder genauso wie für Erwachsene auf dem Zimmer, Massageangebot für Kinder, Schlitten- und Spieleleihmöglichkeit, auch die Kinderbetreuung war toll mit wechselndem Programm.
