Great holiday

The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was lovely with the option of freshly made eggs and omelets. There was also a large selection of fresh bread and a whole buffet to choose from. The room was cleaned every day and the hotel was spotless.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Booked a Partial Sea View room and the views did not disappoint! Room was cleaned daily, so always nice to come back to after a long day out. Great location, 10 minute walk into the main area of town. Nice breakfast and pool area. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Fab hotel and staff

Amazing little boutique hotel in a great location. Free access to Yali beach club while staying at the hotel which is an 10 minute walk. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay even better! Food in our hotel was lovely as was all the food we ate in Kalkan. We will definitely go back there and would highly recommend

A lovely classic small hotel with super supportive staff. Buffet style breakfast was well laid out with a range of food to suit most needs. An enjoyable stay and would certainly stay again if back in Kalkan

We found the hotel to largely be good. Great pool and rooms although a bit of a walk uphill from town. Breakfast was good, but the coffee was as I think another person on here said, awful. A few downsides, which I didn’t have the energy to raise with staff, were the fan in our room was broken, the AC only had one setting and was partially broken, and the drainage in our bathroom smelt awful, stinking out the room. Hope this is useful. It was a great stay just a few bits left to be desired. No clear management presence.

First the good: A number of staff went the extra mile. Those worthy of mention are Seba in Reception (unfortunately Seba left), Joseph, Restaurant Maître d, Orhan, Waiter and Chef Deniz. Adequate basic breakfast. Needs variation. The not so good: Unfortunately, those that went the extra mile were let down by those with a laissez faire attitude. The Management of Saray Suites deserve special mention for the wrong reasons: There was little or no managerial direction or focus on what is important i.e., the customer and their basic requirements. Examples of this: water, tea and coffee and basic toiletries not restocked, standard of cleanliness was poor, bordering on abysmal. The Garden Room, Private Pool, wasn't as advertised in that it was supposed to sleep 4. Our room, 118 didn't. It wasn't a problem for my wife and I as were the only 2 occupying the room. The additional room was locked and we were later told by the Manager that it was uninhabitable due to excessive damp on the walls! Now the awful: The bathroom was dated, the drains stank, there was mould on the tiles and grouting. DISGUSTING. It is worthy of note that there is not a single picture of room 118's bathroom! Sitting area around the pool stank of sewage making it unusable! The above were brought to Management's attention for the first few days, then we gave up. During the latter part of the second week of our stay, the owner of the hotel visited and he was shown the smelly damp walls and mouldy bathroom.

Lovely clean adult only hotel

We had a fabulous stay. Staff were so lovely and attentive. Breakfast was really fresh and wide array of buffet style Turkish breakfast. 10 minute walk from Main restaurant area. Yali beach club down hill which is connected to the hotel was perfect for lazy days.

We stayed at Saray Suites for two nights and absolutely loved everything about it. The highlight for us was definitely the restaurant — the food was beyond delicious, with flavors I had never experienced before. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

One of the best places to stay in Kalkan! Such a beautiful modern hotel in a lovely location (only a 10/15 minute walk into the centre of town). The staff at the hotel couldn’t do enough for you, helpful, friendly and professional. We had a few issues to start with but these were sorted straight away. Kursad made sure we had an amazing stay and going out of his way to be kind and helpful. Mert was by far the best bartender, making the best cocktails and keeping us entertained every night. The view from the hotel and the rooftop bar was the best view in Kalkan. Such a little gem of a hotel!

Wir hatten das Zimmer mit privaten Pool für ingesamt 4 Personen gebucht. Zu Beginn wollte man uns das dunkelste Poolzimmer in der Ecke geben, bis wir es angesprochen haben und uns dann erst das eigentlich gebuchte Zimmer gezeigt wurde. Das Zimmer hatte gar keine 2 Zimmer. Wir hatten nur ein Zimmer. Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Klobrille war sehr gelb und eklig. Für den Preis den man hier zahlt kriegt man kein gutes Frühstück und das Bad war sehr dreckig. Die Mitarbeiterin Betül war aber sehr nett und lieb, aber das Hotel würden wir nicht empfehlen für den Preis den wir gezahlt haben.

Lovely place with amazing staff!

We had the most amazing week at Kalkan Saray Suites. The hotel, room and pool area were very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The setting is great. As a guest, we got free access to Yali beach club which is a lovely place to spend the days. The hotel is also a short walk into the town. Would certainly recommend and would love to go back next year.

Cok keyifli bir konaklamaydi. Biz havuzlu odada kaldik, havuz ve bahce keyfi gercekten cok rahatlaticiydi. Kahvaltilari taze ve lezzetliydi. Hizmet ve guleryuzden de memnun kaldik.
