"Very bad customer service at the front desk. They really don't care. First, no response to my messages on Expedia. I asked to arrange for the shuttle bus, but they completely ignored me. I ride the bus, then walk 20 minutes to reach the hotel. When I arrived, the lady carelessly said, you have to call us... (How will I call you if I don't have a local phone number?) ... Second, I asked them immediately to arrange for the shuttle bus to go back to the airport tomorrow, but she said there is no shuttle service during the weekend...
