very attractive and contemporary hotel

Everything is perfect. There is no mini-fridge, mini bar, and iron. The bed is comfortable, and the room and shower space are sufficient and clean .There are plenty of free parking places in front of the hotel. Also dm, ALDI, and McDonald's are conveniently located in front of the hotel.

New hotel in a very good condition. Easy parking. Unfortunately, our request for a quiet room could not be accommodated and we were actually put right at the front of a corridor with many people passing by and a heavy door slamming shut.

I was in a business trip during exhibition time. This hotel was a good option but the location was mot ideal for the exhibition. People were very friendly and the room is stylish and trendy So all is well. The surrounding area are industrial but there was no noise or pollution.

We wanted to change our room as the offered room had a sad view of the trash bins of the gas station which frequently were of use and as it was ground floor with glas doors even the person throwing the trash had a full view of our room/bed. Felt like the worst room in the hotel. So after a restless night for us not feeling comfortable and our dog being very restless we could change room. Very happy that this request from us could be solved so smoothly and we got a nice room on the first floor. Can say we all had good night sleeps for the rest of our stay. Thank you!

Leider wie überall: Personalprobleme, die nicht verstanden haben, wer deren Gehalt bezahlt - statt sich mit Kunden zu beschäftigen, trinkt das Personal mit Freunden und amüsiert sich an der Bar - kein richtiger Service, Essen wird nur aufgewärmt, trotzdem Mondpreise.

Ein cooles Hotel, das gym ist übersichtlich, aber mit technogym Geräten ausgestattet. Das Frühstück top. Frühstücksreservierung gab es ein sprachliches Missverständnis, könnte aber geklärt werden. Der Begrüßungscocktail war unerwartet, wir hatten uns dann tatsächlich richtig auf die bar gefreut, der Drink war dann aber ungenießbar. Auf basis der Hauslimonade zusammen mit Alkohol. Die Hauslimonade war nicht richtig angesetzt und schmecke nur nach Wasser, die gute portion Vodka beim Alkoholischen Cocktail half leider auch nicht.

Der Halter in den Duschen ist mittlerweile ummontiert worden. Jetzt ist duschen auch ohne Einschränkung möglich. Zimmer sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. USB-A und USB-C Anschluss im Zimmer. Frühstück auch ok. Leider geht das SB Konzept beim Frühstück nicht ganz auf, da viele Gäste den Tisch doch nicht aufräumen nach dem Frühstück. Da könnte noch Jemand hin und wieder nach schauen und auch mal über die Tische wischen. Das Problem gab es leider auch schon im Sommer diesen Jahres. Aber im großen und ganzen für den Preis absolut klasse!
