Nice hotel very central

Nice hotel as central as you could wish for. Good service and plenty of free (evenings/nights, weekends) parking nearby. Good breakfast included in the price. Highly recommended!

Perfect spot in Landskrona

Nice hotel, centrally located in the pedestrian zone. Plenty of parking options nearby, both street parking and parking garages. Several lovely eateries around the hotel, which do not have their own restaurant.

Historic hotel in the center of Karlskrona

It is a bit old and worn-down, with lots of historic ambiance. The bed was very comfortable. Having more furniture to put our stuff on would have been nice. The breakfast buffet was five-star; I could easily see people staying there for breakfast alone. Perfect gravlax, many coldcuts, cheese, cereals, a great selection of bread, and one morning, there was even a specially baked chocolate cake!

The Hotel has a great location. It is so charming in the middle of the city. We got upgraded to a suite room. It was really nice. The facility is a bit old and it needs a renovation. Breakfast was great. Overall, I'm happy and I would return.

My travel plans changed, so I added an extra day at the beginning of my stay, yet arrived at about 1 am. Thankfully the front desk is open 24 hours. The woman on duty made me feel welcome, and even gave recommendations on the area, and what snacks to try. The room was clean and comfortable. The next time I'm in town, I will stay here again.

Discount luxury in historical settings

The sense of past times luxury still lingers in this grand old hotel, despite some unlucky changes and renovations through the years. Luckily the breakfast is served in beautiful and stunning historical rooms in what is now the backside of the hotel, with an amazing staircase that's no longer used... Our room was modern and nice and had a great view, the taff was friendly and breakfast was great. All in all, amazing value for the very low price we paid on a Sunday. We'll be back.

Surprisingly Good

Big hotel on the main shopping street. I am sure that this hotel have seen better days. Good size room (enough for two) with high ceiling and high windows. Good bed with impeccably clean linens. The is also a closet. TV could be a bit bigger for such a room. Lounge with free coffee. Bathroom needs a better cleaning. Tiny sink. Cozy breakfast area with plenty of food options. I will book again.

Saknade förvaring och speglar inte kul att ha necessĂ€r pĂ„ golvet i badrummet, man placerar inte tandbortsglas ovanför toaletten ej heller handduk vid toan fanns andra stĂ€llen ex.under spegeln och handduken till vĂ€nster om handfatet. Vi böt rum och dĂ€r fanns en skĂ€nk och soffa annars var det golvet som gĂ€llde (Ă€r inte 25 Ă„r lĂ€ngre 😊). Förövrigt trevlig vistelse god frukost sĂ„ det blir fler tillfĂ€llen Syrran bor numera i Karlskrona mvh Laila/Torbjörn

Stökigt och högljutt utanför pÄ nÀtterna.

Det var ingen ac i rummet och det gick ej att ha fönstrena öppna pga ute utelivet. Det var sommarvÀrme ute. Utanför fönster fanns det restauranger och det var fullt liv utanför fram till kl 4 pÄ morgonen av förfriskade mÀnniskor. SÄ sömnen uteblev dessa nÀtter. Annars var hotellet fint och god frukost.

Bra lÀge, fin frukost, trevlig personal. Rummet var snyggt inrett men var vÀldigt varmt, hade störande ljud frÄn gatan pÄ natten och dÄlig belysning. Rum 204. Vi fick lÄna en flÀkt som lÀt mer Àn den flÀktade. Gardinerna var vÀldigt svÄra att dra för och rÀckte knappt för att mörklÀgga. Vi kommer inte att boka hÀr igen med tanke pÄ det stora utbudet i Karlskrona dÀr vi bott pÄ mÄnga olika hotell som upplevs mer prisvÀrda.

En bedagad skönhet

Stadshotellet Ă€r en fantastisk byggnad mitt i stan, precis vid Stora torget. KĂ€nslan Ă€r att huset renoverats invĂ€ndigt pĂ„ 1980-talet, ganska omfattande och det mesta av de gamla togs bort. Det ersattes av trĂ„kiga ytskick och murriga fĂ€rger. VĂ„rt rum saknade belysning, dĂ€r taklampan i taket i rummet skulle sitta fanns bara kablar kvar och i hallen vara lampan trasig. Vi fick en toarulle, som förvĂ€ntades rĂ€cka de tre dagarna som vi bodde dĂ€r
 Receptionen hade en extra. Rummet stĂ€dades inte nĂ„gon gĂ„ng under vistelsen - det kanske Ă€r kutym nu för tiden?! Rummet hade inte ventilation men ett av fönsterna hade en spĂ€rr - som gjorde arr fönstret kunde stĂ„ öppet i sommarvĂ€rmen - nu var ju dock spĂ€rren trasig.. Å andra sidan vad det SkĂ€rgĂ„rdsfestivalen samma vecka - som inte tystnade förrĂ€n 01:30 varje natt - dock inte hotellets fel! Det Ă€r ocksĂ„ lite mĂ€rkligt att det inte fanns en spegel i hallen eller i rummet, eller nĂ„gon form av bord eller liknande att lĂ€gga sin vĂ€ska pĂ„. Frukosten var bra, men inga överdrifter. Äggröran var gjord av riktiga och var god - ett stort plus! Trevligt personal, men kĂ€nsla var att det inte fanns nĂ„gon ansvarig pĂ„ plats. För nĂ€rmare 3000 per natt, förvĂ€ntar man sig lite mer. Återkommer gĂ€rna till Karlskrona men vĂ€ljer nog ett annat boende. Hoppas verkligen att skönheten fĂ„r sin forntida glans tillbaka!

DÄligt rum för högt pris

Vi hade bokat ett signatur rum och fick ett kalt rum med ett högt halvt fönster med vy över tak (323). Oacceptabelt!! vilket vi pÄpekade och fick ett nytt rum som motsvarade förvÀntningarna Àven om badrummet var litet (225) FörvÄnande att det Àr möjligt med sÄdant rum i den prisklassen
