"Sadly, it was the worst experience ever we have had. 1. When we have booked the owner did not mention that we would be living on basement. Besides, the photos were not clear 2. Condition: the basement was damp, smelly like mould everywhere, poor lighting, broken boiler in the kitchen, water leaking from it continuously (even though the landlord put some rolled cotton mats, but kitchen was still wet and slippery 3. "The house was a cozy 2 bedroom summer cottage one block off the water - was perfect size for a family of 5 with a third sleep area off the dining area. We were able to have local friends over for dinner any game night of UNO without feeling cramped. My only feedback would be better lighting in the dining room for late night games. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept, the instructions provided on reading meters was perfect and how to replace fuse as well. "
