「First and foremost, I would like to acknowledge the excellent service provided by the front desk, restaurant, and guest service teams. They are consistently polite, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond to assist guests.
However, the facilities could benefit from some attention and updates particularly the bathroom odor and the inconsistent hot water flow in the shower.」
「The front desk agreed to cancel my reservation and issue a refund, but I have still not received my money. The hotel directed me to Expedia, although the payment appears to be held by the hotel. I would not recommend paying in advance through online booking sites.」
