"My family and I had a very sweet vacation in the hotel. The service are sweet. Everything is beautiful. Location is great. We went to ski by car. It only takes 10m to the ski areas. Thank you. Would like to come back again."

"I booked my room with a prepaid rate. Having already booked, I was told that there would be no one on reception to receive me so I would have to go to their sister hotel to receive my key. This turned out to be a 15 minute walk away, hugely irritating as I arrived after dark in a new town by taxi. ..."
