Property was dated and needs a reno to modernize rooms. In our room, the wall paper was peeling off the walls, couch and pillows for the couch looked dirty/unsanitary. Bathroom was very dirty - grout was black, mold in the shower, water did not drain properly in the shower. Room door was too close to bathroom so it was hard to get in. Also frustrating was there wasn't any plugs beside the beds. Free laundry and big beds were nice.

Our room and hallway smelled like cigarettes so we contacted the front desk. They used a commercial air filter and the smell went away a bit. But it really bothered us as it is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. Our room was very spacious with big beds and a tub. Kids enjoyed the tub a lot. Breakfast buffet was great with different hot food options and three different fruits during our four day stay. Free ice cream, drinks and popcorns are there 24-7 so kids also loved it. However, one night, my husband saw a roach on the ice cream scoop… It was my third time to stay at this hotel and I think we would not come back again because of the cigarette smell and the roach situation…

I had stayed at hotels intended for business travelers before - that’s the main reason I chose this hotel.. It has met my requirements and expectations completely.. The free breakfast offered many choices, both continental and Asian.. The beverages were offered 24/7, which was very nice for weary travelers after a whole day of running around.. I have to thank the front desk and the custodians, who offered items I forgot from home and replenished the toiletries promptly, which made my trip a much pleasant one.. Thank you!

地點不錯，服務人員尚算親切，但館內一直有淡淡的煙味，如果冷氣和廁所抽風機開著的情況下會更明顯，床板老舊翻個身就嘎吱響，隔音不好，樓上走路沖水乃至隔壁罵小孩都聽的很清楚，至於早餐，我建議吃便利商店吧⋯⋯

Room is very spacious and comfortable. Came with a sofa set where we can pack food n eat while watching to tv :) Bed is comfortable with 4 pillows given for a king bed. Washroom is big but basin platform is too low which is not practical. Hotel claimed that snacks (精致点心) is provided 24 hours at restaurant but only have popcorn :(

We stayed in a triple room with 2 double bed. And it comes with a very big bathroom with bathtub. Stay was excellent, just few mins away from famous Rui Feng Night market and a lot of restaurants nearby. And train station is direct line from airport to hotel station. Its definelty worth the value.

Nice hotel close to night market
Hotel is easy access from MRT and within walking distance to night market. Excellent breakfast, offer lots of options and nice dishes. Will definitely stay again if visiting Kaohsiung.

The hotel has exceeded my expectations. It is clean, comfortable and close to the metro station. Breakfast was good with a fair spread. Hotel staffs were also polite and friendly. I would love to stay in this hotel if I visit Kaohsiung again.

Some of staffs at lobby counter are not that friendly and even rude. Theres no electric outlet at bed board side which is very inconvenient. Free laundry facility really helps for travelers in warm Kaohsiung.

Wonderful hotel! Visiting our daughter while she was teaching there. This hotel was close to her. The front desk people were excellent. The rooms were very nice. Big bed and very clean. Few blocks from a nice night market. We had dinner at a family style food area across the street. The hotels free breakfast was very good and had plenty options as my American wife is very picky. She loved the food. Can't go wrong staying here.

Convenient for late supper after midnight
Due to flight delay, we arrive after midnight. We know that the nearby night market had been closed. We asked the front desk where about we could eat in the wee hour. He was not so helpful and advised only 1 hotpot place was still open. However, when we walked around the area, there were quite a lot to eat after midnight.

Great location for us
Super clean, pleasing decor, great shower, nice lighting (although the bathroom lighting could have been a little brighter), comfy bed and nice linens, extremely quiet, smart situation of the elevators and quiet elevators as well. Free laundry machines to use and so much appreciated! Good breakfast, a mix of Asian and western type food, fresh fruit, 24/7 hot and cold beverages, ice cream and popcorn. The staff was nice enough but we felt extremely reserved, but probably trying to be as professional as possible. Free bikes to use, which we did to cruise the Love River. Great location, nice neighbourhood with shops, restaurants, transit just 3 blocks away, park close by. Would 100% stay here again!
