Professional and courteous front desk staff were very helpful with our large family check-in requiring multiple rooms. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has lots of options and the staff was fast and friendly with table clearing.

It was perfect for our family reunion, 3 rooms!! We spent time together at the breakfast for hours lol The shower was slightly challenging to use for the eldest of our group, and there were no mirrors in a well lit area to put on make up while seated. Other than, was wonderful!!!

We had pleasant stay. Great location! The staffs were friendly, housekeeping were awesome, bed was comfortable to sleep and they also have small gym👍 Our room was right next to elevator but no noise issues at all. The only thing that need to be improved is hotel breakfast. They ONLY offered vegetarian breakfast. We paid for breakfast but only eat there once. I wish I knew that they only offered vegetarian. I would save money for breakfast. McD or local breakfast is few minutes walk.

Great location next to subway and the night market. Very convenient location. Has a good breakfast. Unfortunately a little strict- would not allow early check ins, charged us extra because there were some stains on the pillow.

Pleased with our stay
We took a trip to Kaohsiung and stayed at R14. The room was very spacious and has all the amenities we needed. When we got into the room we requested a couple more chairs and water bottles and they were happy to provide. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was big and clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was vege but they were delicious. They never had coffee machines so we had hot mocha to start our day. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Kaohsiung next time.

Great hotel with perfect location
Very nice hotel with excellent location in Kaohsiung with access to transportation right across the street and plenty of shopping including Hugh end mall couple minute walk. Fantastic and helpful staff and one of the best free breakfast buffets you could ask for. Will stay there again on my next visit for sure.

Excellent hotel
Pros: The hotel room is very spacious and clean. Daily housekeeping was provided. Excellent service. Came with complimentary buffet breakfast with lots of selection. Most of the food is vegetarian and with wide varieties of choices. The hotel is located very closed to the subway station (1 to 2 min walk) and 5 to 10 mins to the night market and shopping mall. Cons: The electric outlet behind the night tables weren't working, however, there are other outlets in the room. Also the ceiling lights above the sink in the bathroom didn't give me enough light. Overall, I will definitely stay in the hotel in the future.

The area of this hotel is so convenient , close to shopping mall and MRT station . Walking to the night market only 10-15 mins . So this is so good for studying who wants to shopping .

My stay in the hotel was terrible on the second night. My room is 11F, next to roof. In the midnight, approximately 2 to 3AM, the noise was so loud that I was waken up and could not sleep. I reported this to the hotel. The staff told me that the air conditioner on the roof was making the noise. He gave me the key of the room in lower floor. This was really unpleasant because I needed a good sleep to drive from Kaohisung to Hsinchu in the next day morning.

Friendly staff, however, they dont have safe box in the room and don't have an automatic entry door and no door man, so you need to open the heavy entry door by yourselves which is not easy when your hands are fill with luggage. this is an average priced hotel.

It’s usually my first choice in Kaohsiung, but...
Saw a used mask on the chairs in the beginning. Although the clerks immediately change a room for us, It’s hard for a kid to take a cathy by himself with the unstable hot and cold and water. The plug for hair dryer is also a bit broken, too.
