帶上房的很友善 是個導遊 有詳細講解 (逃生路線,房間設備,房間之外也有大垃圾埇可掉東西,附近夜市及可去的大型商場) 第一次去的話可能有點難找 先到12樓致電聯絡便會帶你去房間 沒台灣號碼的可以用賴打 若用台灣號碼打的要先加0 不然會是個空號 嚇自己~ 房間很大 我是女生獨住也很安全 住宿可揀搭紅線捷運及綠線輕軌 樓下轉角就有全聯 很方便

此住宿為（由辦公大樓改建），坐落高雄85大樓，住宿沒有招牌，根本找不到，要打電話給主理人來接。且大樓因大業主早年經營不善導致主樓及商場基本空置。人流寥寥可數，令大樓境況十分凋零，晚間更甚，環境有點恐怖… 更甚的是此住宿為無牌旅館，發生事情沒有保障的；為自身安全起見，自己考慮清楚。

CP值很高的住宿。這次來得不合時, 剛好遇上升降機維修和斷電。到達時間比預期早加上高樓層斷電, 原本要住的房間還沒有來得及清潔。還好負責人有馬上換房間, 過得還不錯。就是等待升降機有點久。

簡單、舒適、清潔

抵達當日因為原訂房型在修理熱水管線，服務人員很直爽地幫我們升等為四人親子房。住起來非常舒適，可一覽高雄港的景致，對外交通也相當便捷。最重要的是房間地板以及床單被套皆相當整潔，讓我們度過了一段愉快舒適的假期。

空調很舒適 可以走動的地方夠大 開行季箱不太會有什麼問題 唯一問題是入住時沒有櫃檯服務 沒辦本地電話號的話 要聯絡住宿方有點小麻煩

根本不是合法飯店。 就是買套房委託給管理公司當飯店。 沒有正常入住登記資料。一間房間才一個灑水滅火。 逃稅動向未標示 感覺很可怕的假飯店

地點便利

雖然沒有附停車位，但路邊停車格很多，地點離高捷、輕軌、自強夜市、三多商圈都蠻近的，夜景真的很棒！坐在窗邊吃宵夜真是一大享受。

如題 入住的房間是內側沒有海景或市景的，也比前網站上放的照片都要來得老舊 房內櫃子很多，感覺是租給長租或日租客人的 房內清潔程度很好，桌面、檯面都沒有灰塵，進木地板需脫鞋 浴室乾濕分離 隔音好 睡得很安穩 光照有點不足，房間沒有辦法直接日照，所以會有一種潮濕、霉味，建議可以放一台除濕機 整體除了和網頁上雙人房照片有落差、小小失望 其實CP值還可以 接待人員蠻親切的，24小時都可以電話聯絡
