"The staff were extremely helpful and let me check-in an hour earlier than the intended time. The room was beautiful from top to bottom; I love that the cold plunge was right next to the Sauna. The upstairs bathroom was amazing; everything was super clean and felt like home."

"Fabulous beautiful location by the lake, convenient to public transport and easy views of Mount Fuji. It’s a brand new hotel with many amenities, good size room, exceptionally attentive staff plus the owner is incredibly nice and offers all kinds of tours. They also have vilas with private Onsen which we definitely will try next time! "
