「An der Rezeption spricht man kein Englisch. Es hat eine Stunde gedauert bis man meine Buchung gefunden hatte. Wurde immer nach dem Bezahlungsdatum mit der Visa-Karte gefragt. Zum Glück spreche ich Thai! Das Frühstück ist schrecklich. Nur ein Messer für alle Gäste zum Butter und Marmelade auftragen!!! Gibt nur Toastbrot, ein Marmeladenglas, ein Butterglas und Kaffeepulver zum selber aufbrühen. Das Hotel liegt so verlassen in einer Seitenstraße. Keine abendliche Aktionen möglich. Nur von Hunden...

「Très déçu par l hôtel piscine inutilisable pas nettoyée depuis 3 ans le propriétaire nous a dit d aller nous baigner à la rivière proche !!! propriétaire très désagréable. arrives dans la soirée nous avons passe une nuit puis nous avons préféré changer d hôtel à nos frais malgré les 426 euros payés d avance.publicité sur le site non conforme à la réalité pas de WIFI dans les chambres contrairement à ce qui était marqué. 」

「Advertised pool, gym, and exercise classes DO NOT exist. Property is not in a convenient location. I was stuck in my room with no facilities to use while my partner was at work. You ‘Wotif’ refused to help even though the manager was helping until he saw my booking was through you. I only stayed for part of my booking and moved to a great hotel with advertised facilities that DID exist. 」

「walk distance to central world shopping mall and backstreet eateries，a little bit far to downtown and need taxi services. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, especially a lady named beam who kindly called taxi for me many times and gave the driver instruction in details. besides my room always keep clean and get a beautiful view of iconic temples and Chedi. Worth it.」

「Room was a good size, clean but the bathroom was very small. Hotel has 5 floors and an elevator, we used the stairs (3rd floor). Breakfast was Thai, with toast, coffee tea, juice, fruit, salad bar, eggs, and some sweets」
