Super loud with the music being turned on suoer early. If you stay in pool facing room good luck sleeping you will everything from the pool area. Property not very clean but large parking lot.

The lobby was amazing. The pool was extremely cold and dirty. The hallway smelt like smoke and mildew clothes are spoiled milk. The hotel room was very dirty hair on the toilet and all in the tub. Sticky residue on the tables and counters. The breakfast food that was supposed to be cooked fresh was cold. Had to pay an additional $100 deposit and from the looks of things from the other reviews I won't be seeing my money. Everything was horrible

Jessica at front desk was amazing. If only all clerks were as amazing as her. Besides being very beautiful, she was professional, courteous, and cares about the guests. The housekeeping staff were polite and courteous as well. The rooms were clean, however, they need some tlc done to them by somebody that is proud of what they do. Not someone that does work like a slumlord would. Other than that it was great.

I was placed in a corner room, tucked away next to an emergency stairwell. I had to stay 10 days due to a work commitment which they were paying for. In the 10 days I was there, my room was “cleaned” once (and by cleaned I mean I placed my own trash in the housekeeper’s trash bag and she placed new towels on the counter in the bathroom. NOTHING was ever actually cleaned. Room was clean enough, but anytime the heat or AC kicked on it smelled of cigarette smoke from the folks outside smoking. Hot water was hit or miss. But the worst part was the “free breakfast.” I don’t expect 5-star food… but it was literally the same EXACT meal all 10 days. Cold sausage links, eggs, tater tots and sausage gravy w/biscuits. There was dry cereal (Rice Krispies, Frosted Flakes, Raisin Bran) and a waffle maker… which is what I stuck to after the first day… after I noted that the gentleman who occasionally comes to check food quantity and stir the gravy was wearing his sanitary gloves while playing pool and using his phone and coming out of the restroom and then went directly to do his food duties. No thanks. Gross. Coffee and juices did not mix well either so I stuck to my own there too. They do have a pool but the entire area is incredibly dark and most of the time it appears to be closed… although I did hear some kids splashing around. The area itself seemed ok. I never felt unsafe, although I did often feel like my car was going to get hit or dinged from people flying in and out.

The rooms need a real refresh and a good scrubbing but it was reasonably priced. For some reason the fire alarm went off at 10:30 pm but only in our room. I tried to call the desk to find out what happened and they would not answer the phone.

Do NOT stay here! Worst experience. Entire hotel was freezing, and run down. The breakfast was cold including the eggs and no clean silverware. The heat inside the room barely worked, when it would come on it was so loud it was hard to sleep. Chunks of ceiling was falling down. Water pressure was so bad you could hardly fill a cup of water let alone take a shower. Outlier broken, The toilet seat was broken. The pool was closed. And they charged our card twice for a deposit. Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Positive note, hotels.com did help assist me in getting a refund.

It was freezing when you walked in. The temperature of the room couldn't get regulated and when the heat did go on it was so loud I couldn't sleep. Water was luke warm and sink just trickled out I could barely get the soap off my hands. We were supposed to stay 3 nights and left after 1.
